Great hotel ) i like it

Good location but pricey.

Staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. Property is clean and maintained. Breakfast is great with new options each day.

Our suite was double booked (I booked it first but the people in it the day before ended up extending their stay & the hotel allowed it which kicked us out of the room we paid for) & with no other large enough rooms available for our family. We ended up having our family with children split into 2 separate rooms that were not even connected due to them overbooking the hotel. Our suite which had things in it we needed (which is why I booked it originally, otherwise I would've went with another hotel), but the rooms they gave us were standard rooms without the extras the suite offered. It was not only disappointing & frustrating ... but we showed up to check in at 11pm without having had any communication about it prior to showing up after a day at Universal Studios & a sleeping baby & it took 45 minutes to fix the problem. The hotel was clean & fine but the check in was not ideal. Also, there was no microwave in the rooms (which is something the suite had), so my husband had to go down to the lobby to warm something up for the baby & get ice because they didn't have ice machine on the floors and a worker yelled at him & got mad because he needed her to open the space which held the things needed. Won't stay here again. Absolutely not!!

Great Hotel! Very friendly and nice staff that are willing to help whenever. I definitely recommend to anyone vacationing LA. I definitely will stay there in the future for sure.

Beautiful on the inside. Dangerous transient people outside under the influence of substances. Poor lighting in the parking area that transients have access to. No security at the door or around the hotel.

I would highly recommend this property. Very warm and inviting decor. The people are very friendly, the rooms are large and very clean. A good Free breakfast with free on site parking. When visiting our family in the LA area, we will definitely return to this motel. Well done owners and staff! Clark

The property is close to the freeway (I-405). It is convenient to get off from freeway and to get on to the freeway. Because I arrived late on Sunday night, I did not have an opportunity to visit the area for the dining options. However, it is not critical when selecting this hotel. One of the key criteria is breakfast. So, I would have it in the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel before taking off for golf outing in Tarzana (five miles away from the hotel). In essence, I was here for one night to avoid heavy morning traffic from Orange County for one day golf outing at Tarzana. In other words, I did not want to drive from Orange County to Tarzana on Monday morning due to heavy rushhour traffic (especially from LAX to Sherman Oaks via I-405).

The staff was outstanding. Let’s bottle Sam’s heart and spread it around the world!

The hotel is on a very busy boulevard with noticeable transient foot traffic, so I felt unsafe walking my dog. Inside is great. The room was excellent. Last minute de idiom to get a from. Very expensive for me but no choice. So glad I chose this hole. I slept very well.

Don’t have hot water to take a shower I ask what is the problem and said the boiler is empty I paid $278 for not hot water

Excellent

We stayed for one night and it was great! The check in/out was a very easy process and the staff was great. The room and other areas were nice, clean and comfortable. Best part was the delicious breakfast. The waffles were nice and crispy with various toppings, the fruit was super fresh and there was various options with the cereal. Would stay here again when visiting the area.
