Hotel Royal Ricc is visually stunning with artwork, stenciled ceilings, rich furnishings, stained glass windows and more! Very convenient location near tram lines and with many restaurants in short walking distance. Our spacious room was spotlessly clean and beautiful. The bed was super comfortable with two pillows each. Bathroom modern with a great hot shower. Breakfast buffet has good coffee and selections for anyone. Front desk staff were wonderful.

Friendly staff and welcoming staff. Good breakfast choice. Convenient position in the centre of town. Only problem for us was that our room, although on the 4th floor, was very noisy due to a pub/ bar area below, and the window didn't close properly, although that wouldn't have kept the noise out. Other than that, a good 2 night stay in a very pleasant town.

Nice place to stay, many pictures, great interior, nice ceiling and wall pictures. Stayed in a twin room, beds are somewhat narrow.

Hotel was charming. Beds firm but comfortable. Location was great in old town area. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. A bit noisy early evening but quieted down by bedtime. Overall very nice.

Good stay with a good breakfast. Cleanliness could improve. It was necessary to report a soiled carpet with dirt that appear to be mice droppings. Hotel took action about the carpet but a more thorough cleaning is needed behind the bed headboards.

Wonderful atmosphere, historic building, right in the middle of the busy city center. It was exactly what i wanted. Luxurious and convenient.

I was not entirely lucky - they had the water shut. Of course, I was offered to move, but who wants to do that once unpacked? Also, the church bells are super loud.but the place was charming and well positioned in Brno. Fun places around.

The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. They were able to accommodate my health needs by ensuring I had a room accessible with the lift (elevator), once they learned I have spinal issues. Beautiful room with a wonderful feeling of being immersed back in time with the decor & atmosphere. The area was perfect walking distance to a number of historical places & was not loud at all at night, even on a Saturday night. I would definitely stay there again & highly recommend them.

A beautiful, old-style hotel property with lots of character in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. It didn't have in-room amenities (tea, coffee, refrigerator, etc.) but it did have water. It also lacked available and accessible plugs for charging electronics. I had to jury-rig up something in the bathroom to charge my phone. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak about that. Overall, a solid choice for those looking for style over modern conveniences.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for walking around the city centre - loads of bars, restaurants and shops. Really good WiFi, which is unusual!!
Breakfast was excellent - shame that the breakfast waitress was grumpy and rude.

The power failed on our third day there and was repaired some four hours later. On the fourth day, it failed again but this time could not be repaired resulting in our being moved to a different hotel.
We only discovered this have made inquiries at the front desk. No attempt was made on their part to inform us of this. We then had to pack our bags by mobile phone light, and whilst doing a cursory check under the bed for any left items, discovered what looked like months of dust.
Avoid at all costs.

The location is great, in the middle of the old town but the parking situation is a real problem, you need to prepare a parking budget and be ready to walk.
I prefer modern hotel but I can see how the style of Hotel Ricc can appeal to customers in search of authenticity.
Very little staff and not particulary helpfull.
The hotel is fine for a couple of days but I can't see myself spending more in it.

Hotel was in an excellent central location. Its a very chic hotel, with traditional decor. Room was clean and tidy. No real choice on tv channels, only bbc world in english. The shower was not really very powerful. The room safe did not work and we were offered another room. The room was always dark, with no real view at all out of the window. We didnt have breakfast in the hotel as there are loads of cafes and bars in walking distance, but it looked like a nice spread. We asked for a kettle and one was provided. But overall excellent service and great value. Would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the hotel is very nicely decorated and the receptionist was very helpful. The pub across the street serves craft beer and has a decent lunch menu. At night the noise from surrounding pubs may be bothersome to some. Would return.

Life is getting back to normal and tourism(internal at least) is going back to normal. I've decided to go to Brno to a beer fest, and to stay at tthjis hotel The location is great, stuff is very pleasant, brekfast ins not buffet but very full. In the room there is everything you need (exept bathroab). Also there was no wate in the coffe machine so I spoiled one capsule. Would recommend. Hopefull the price won't gro much after everything would be back
