I was not happy with the service at Addys Villas at all. I booked online, a villa in which the description of the villa said it included a queeen bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. There was only one tv in the entire villa which was located in the living room. Upon trying to open the pull out couch, we discovered a lock on the couch. Super weird. I asked the front desk and they told me they dont unlock the couch for parties less than 6 people. When booking the villa, it didnt say anything about the amount of guests needed to unlock the damn pull out couch. I specifically rented that villa for the amount of sleeping arrangements i was looking for only to be told they wouldnt unlock the couch for less than 6 people. Never in my life have i seen a place put a padlock on a pullout couch. I showed the man at the desk my booking description which included the couch and he literally told me that wasnt his problem and then charged me another $90 because my kids were with me and apparently i only listed two adults when i booked online. Yet again, i booked an entire villa which was a two bedroom, two twin beds, queen bed and pull out couch. He decided to charge me $90 more dollars because apparently they charge per person and not per room/villa. I will never stay there again and i dont recommended this place to anyone. Your money will be better spent elsewhere with all the accommodations you pay for with out getting sassed and over charged by the staff. Never again.

Great place to stay, with so many nice things in terms of food and activities within short reach by car. Room was very clean and had everything one could ask for in an efficiency-style unit. The pool was also clean and the grounds were well landscaped and obviously well cared for. Quiet and peaceful setting, even though it is located on U.S. 41. The staff were super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Addy's Villas and really appreciated the great service! Michael, Charles, and the staff really take good care of the grounds and villas! It is located near the Pinellas bike trail and a great park is nearby. Restaurants and grocery stores in the area are very good and we had a great stay!

Easy check in. Was really only there to sleep. Didn’t use pool. Had (via by road was noisy at night. The only thing I didn’t like if you wanted your towels washed you have to leave them out by the door by 9 AM no house cleaning

Addy's Villas is a small facility located on US 41. It is set back from the road. The location is convenient to the beautiful Nokomis Beach. The property, however is sandwiched between a large car dealership and gas station but the does not detract from the charming appeal. The actual villa has a full six=zed kitchen and sitting area. The management is attentive and well organized. I have stayed here several times, will return and highly recommend.

We had stayed here once before and returned. The space is roomy and fantastic, the owners are helpful, we enjoyed the easy access to our own little “condo” with its own entrance. Definitely recommend!!

Quiet and just far enough away/between the busy places to visit/see the sights. A block away from the Legacy bike trail.

Picturesque property with numerous small villas. Everything was clean and attractive. I stayed in efficiency room comparable to motel room. Included microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator with freezer, shower, and cooking and dining utensils. Limited office hours but able to give access directions if arriving after hours. Will return next time I need to stay in area. Short drive to beach, shopping, and dining.

if the price was right it would work for long-term stays as there is a kitchen. the owner was great. it's an old facility but clean and the service by staff is first rate.

This is an excellent property for a weekend get-away or a several day stay. Each Villa is well equipped with kitchen appliances and eating utensils, individually wrapped glasses, bowls and plates. Easy access to Venice beaches, Sarasota and I-75. Staff is very accomodating to special requests.

Great location, beach-decorated, comfy rooms, went above & beyond on cleanliness, enjoyed large, beautiful cactus outside room’s entrance. Pool was perfect.

Small quiet location. The cottage was perfect with plenty of space to spread out when rain kept us inside. Very clean, kitchen items all personally wrapped, and all things included to keep place neat during stay. Save money in eating in as Publix and Aldi are only a block away. Great grassy area and plenty of safe space for kids to run out their energy. 2bd cottage also included washer/dryer and private garage. Will definitely return and stay longer.

We loved Addy's. The villas were quaint - well kept. All the amenities you'd ever need! Close to the beach - close to restaurants and close to shopping. Our trip was planned around the Braves Spring Training - we would love to come back next year - great place!

This is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The hosts were attentive and let us know about an issue with the air conditioner in our room BEFORE we got there and changed us to a room with no AC issue. If ever I come to the area again, I will definitely book my stay at Addy's!

The efficiency I stayed in was clean and had everything I needed. Nothing fancy but clean, nice, and functional.

Chuck and Mike were the most excellent hosts! They have done so much to make the villas beyond excellent!! The only drawback was construction in and around the villas. To the south there is construction for a new FORD dealership going on with the beep beep and rumble of heavy equipment. They also had reroofing going on from Hurricane Ian, so the constant Pop pop pop of the roof nailer was annoying. That is the other downside to staying there for me.
