We booked a room that actually was a 1 bedroom appointment. The apartment had 2 separate rooms - a bedroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast

Very nice place, just 10 minutes by car to the city center. Nice staff, quick check-in. Easy free parking and strong wi-fi. The apartment was spacious, but the equipement was poor: just couple of plates, 2 forks and 2 spoons. Bedroom, bathroom and WC clean, but there was a lot of dirt in the living room.

4th time staying in this hotel, 4th visit to Brno, not too far from city centre, not too close. Bar closes a little earlier with each visit it seems, maybe keep it open until atleast 23:30 hrs each night, the hotel is big and I feel the bar should be open for guests to use until this time nightly. Checked in on 29th August at around 10:30am (check in time not until 2pm normally) however the lady on reception was more than happy to check our room was ready and check us in early by 4.5 hours, which was very helpful. This lady we saw few times on reception and no matter what time day it was she always had a friendly genuine smile on her.

Apart from the absolutely fabulous breakfast, I cant see how this is a 4* hotel. Shower broken, paint peeling, view of garbage, TV with no English (except for Bloomberg and CBNC), really squeaky beds, and a rather cramped room. Check-in desk was helpful but the restaurant staff definitely need some lessons in customer service.It was clean and safe.

We have stayed for 4 nights with our 7-month old daughter who tested the soundproofness of the walls with good results :-) Our stay was superb especially during weekend, with the new crew starting on weekdays the quality of the services went dowl a little bit. Imperfections comprise very limited range of kitchenware (which makes wonderful kitchen almost unuseable) and inconsistent quality of service (some staff was quite reserved, we have missed toilet paper for one day, next day the waste bins were not emptied etc.).

We was booking standart TRPL room and expect tiny space for 3 people, instead we get 2 connected rooms with kitchen and dining table. Everything was clean and in order. Breakfast was nice and hotel not far from Lind supermarket. Free parking - it is another one + of hotel.

I thought we could enjoy a dinner and bottle of wine under the stars on a warm July night, only to find the roof closed, door locked, not even a peek at the view.Then I felt bad that we were out of town, and had to drive back to the city center where we spent the day touring the city to find a place for our celebration. Not the romantic surprise I was planning.

Enough for one night, no more. No iron in the room, the staff require money guarantee for it. Mattress is bad, however room is clean. Total absence of air condition and ventilation.

A very great value for the money with spacious rooms and a very nice breakfast. If you would happen to encounter any problems (which I doubt), merely mention something to the staff. The location is wonderful, very close to what you will want to see, yet removed from the hustle and bustle.

This hotel is a long way from the centre of Brno; as far away as the airport in the other direction. It takes 25 minutes on a tram. It is located next to a tram/bus depot, on the edge of a residential area and an industrial area. It is not convenient for anything sought by a casual visitor.The hotel is a tower with rooms numbered x1x facing south and those numbered x0x north. There is no air conditioning, so the south-facing rooms are unbearably hot in the summer, avoid them. My room had no shower, only a bath and a hair spray.Breakfast was good and varied with hot and cold items. In the evening a bar was open (but not late). It has the feeling of a 3-star hotel even though it meets the technical frame of a 4-star hotel. I would not stay there again unless visiting the tram depot in winter.

Chosen for location - north of city centre (200 koruna to centre - £6) as we were visiting friends there. Bedrooms big, airy and clean. Good shower room. Plenty storage in room. Hotel restaurant has good menu and the food we had was delicious and extremely good value. Breakfast buffet had good selection. Staff mostly had excellent English and keen to help. Free wifi a bit on the slow side! No air con in room which could be an issue in the summer heat. Spa treatments available but not used. Hotel tends to be used as a conference venue but this didn't impact on our stay. No real views from hotel but street noise not too bad with windows open.

Nice hotel, new, clean. The staff is very responsive. The room is not very big but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay (we were in a double with an extra bed). All statements present. Street seems to be a dead end. Very quiet, even with the windows wide open. Excellent air, we were in July, around the luxuriously linden luxuriously blossom. At 200m from the hotel tram number 1 go right in the city center. Definitely recommend.

very nice and new hotel that is very clean. Outside of the fact that it did not have AC (we were a bit hot due to warmer summer weather), the hotel was great. We stayed there and visited Aushwitz (a 4 hour drive) and was a good stop before we headed south to Bratislava. We had a car so it was not difficult to get to hotel. The hotel breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a a very good experience and would certainly recommend and visit again.
