Phenomenal room! I kept repeating to my husband how pleased I was! The building is a little older, but they have done an incredible job renovating it and keeping it clean. The room was spotless. The kitchenette had all necessary dishes including dish soap and paper towels. I was a little nervous given the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised. My ONLY complaint was that the room smelled faintly of smoke, but it went away quickly after being in the room. I have stayed in rooms double the price and had worse accommodations. Amazing.

The suite was very nice. The area was questionable - a few people hanging out in the parking lot and no nearby restaurants or businesses. There were also a few people being rather loud in the adjacent room. The office isn’t open on the weekends so there wasn’t anyone to monitor the place.

There was no wifi in our room It was the only place on our 3week vacation we couldn’t connect to wifi We checked out a day early and the manager said we would get a refund for last night but we haven’t received a dime Wouldn’t stay here again

This is a nice property, and I was contacted about arriving late and the instructions were perfect. I was hoping to check out early and was not given any instructions about that though. Otherwise it was great.

Just an awesome value for basically a full apartment. That lady in the office was a sweetheart. All the other guests were friendly places clean and awesome for price I highly recommend it.

So impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Our room was SPOTLESS and had all the usual amenities plus some. It was very spacious. Pam was helpful and welcoming. Our suite even had an extra fabulous tv/media set up; we always bring our firestick from home so we can watch our own streaming services, but their options were endless and we never even needed it. I booked this thinking the rave reviews must be too good to be true, especially at the price we paid, but I agree that it's the bees knees!

We booked this stay for a wedding, and I was rather nervous because my experience with motel-style accommodations isn’t the best. The owner helped us get our keys indirectly by texting me herself - a very appreciated accommodation, given that we were late for the scheduled checkin. The room included a small kitchen and living area, and although we didn’t use those rooms, we appreciated that there was an option to cook a meal with provided utensils. The bed was very soft and firm, the bathroom was small but incredibly clean, and the area is quiet and scenic. This is a very low-price hotel, and I assume it is independently owned - the property manager clearly cares a lot about her customers. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider coming here first if I am ever in the area.

My family will be moving to Roanoke at the end of May and my main objective was to find a place for us to land. I was able to use the convenient location and great facilities (the bed was refreshing when you think of hotel beds, I got some good sleep) of ASC to attain a new residence for me and my family to move directly into. The check in & check out process was a piece of cake! Thank you very much for everything! Josh B.

Pam was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The suite was SO inviting, homey, and comfortable that I was sorry to leave! Location was also outstanding: close to every possible amenity, yet quiet and peaceful. And the rate was very reasonable! I would very gladly stay here again :)

Stairs going up did not feel sturdy. Coffee pot didn't work. Was not given correct instructions on finding key box. Dvd was not hooked up

The room was surprisingly wonderful, as it's a bit of a tardis considering the outside appearance. Hosts are very thoughtful with supplied amenities. The walls are a tad thin, but as long as you have considerate neighbors, you can't possibly beat these accommodations. Well Done!

I did not know what to expect being that was not a National chain, that I was aware of. We very very pleasantly surprised. Our room looked newly renovated and perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and cozy. It looked as if we were first ones to use the room. It felt that clean. Shower/bathroom was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of it. I would definitely recommend for longer stays.

I picked this place based on cost, reviews, and location to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. I was very pleased with the room. While we only stayed one nice, I would be very pleased to stay here for several nights. The place was clean, quiet, and roomy. The manager was pleasant and easy to work with.

The property is situated off the Main Street in a residential neighborhood which is fine but the office is not always staffed and the phone number only gives you an answering machine. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need.
