The housekeeping was atrocious. Didn’t clean or replace towels, shampoo, vacuum. Asst mgr Nate was very good to help. The lady in the breakfast area was terrific.

Everything was fine except out bed. It had a big valley where people have slept showing it was worn out. Hitting back the entire stay wasn’t fun :(

Bad first - The air conditioner did not work well so at night some times it was too hot. We informed the front desk but nothing was done. The desk chair was broken. The lighting was very dim. Good - Otherwise the location was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

The staff at this property were amazing and very kind. The only issue we really had was the AC could not keep up. The room temp fluctuated between 72-75. We like a cold room, so this was a little warm for us. But other than that our stay was great!

Hotel was nice, but our room was horrible. When we first got to our room it had a horrible musk or mildew odor. There was also an air purifier in the room, that was supposed to be removed prior to us checking in, and the window was also opened. I called the front desk and asked if there was another room available, but it was Memorial Day weekend and everything was full. Later while taking a shower we discovered that the water pressure was very low and that the hot water barely came out from the shower head. Horrible!!! There were no trash bags in the garbage cans either. We had to call down to get a remote for the TV as well. The front office staff was very friendly and apologized. They offered us a different room, that was also having AC issues, but unfortunately the room only had 1 bed and we needed two. We were compensated for 1 night, but we stayed two nights. Breakfast was decent but overall our stay was horrible, and I wouldn't recommend and I will not be staying again.

This is an older property but is a good value. The rooms are good-sized and comfortable. The staff was excellent, both friendly and professional. The complementary breakfast was also very well done. It is well worth the price if you can look past a few dents, dings, and stains.

Housekeeping opened our locked door to offer towels at 9 am Saturday morning. They woke us up. Staff spoke/yelled loudly outside in the hallway from 9-10 am Saturday morning despite my asking them to quiet down. Very disappointed!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. We found everything to be very nice to include the front desk, the room convert and the breakfast service. We would certainly stay at this property again.

While the staff was super friendly, we asked for the top floor/5th floor (twice)-when we checked in, they said it was close but they took care of us and made sure we wouldn’t have the noise from kids running above us or outside traffic; they placed us on the second floor closest to the street. Our shower had mold/discoloration in it, the AC didn’t work, there was stuff on the floor from the previous occupants, the TP holder was all rusty and the sink was clogged. We have stayed in SpringHill Suites before and always had a wonderful experience-not sure what happened to this property.
