Convenient location. The most annoying thing was all the deposits and charges that weren’t mentioned during booking.

Staying at this facility really gave me the chance to reconnect with myself; I love the view I get from the seeing the freeway from my window.

We drove for 16 hours that day to get to Woodspring Suites. I called ahead to let them know we would be checking in around midnight. The representative made it sound like it was very easy to call at the check in desk & someone would come up front. Not the case. It was difficult to contact anyone. Then the person that came up requested an ID from 2 of the 4 of us, insisted on reading the smoking policy despite telling him none of us were smokers, and then charged a $100 deposit despite the room already being paid for online. Not at all a convenience nor pleasant experience.

Nice staff but in disrepair, didnt feel safe and no dining opportunities close by.

I wasn’t aware of a $100 deposit until check-in. I sidnt budget for that. Which I had paid already online for my family and I’s stay. That should have been communicated at the time of booking. I get to the room, it doesn’t look like the picture online (very misleading). Our shower did not have a shower curtain.

The a/c doesn’t work , there’s a lot of noise all night , I never again stay in this hotel again

Had 4 people in our room. I was told only 2 towels per room. I told the front desk we had 4 people. I was told I could have two additional towels with stains on them. The rule was 2 towels per room. Thankfully the Assistant GM was able to correct the situation the next day

I stayed on the first floor, there were a lot of people smoking regular cigarettes, including employees. Early evening every day smells like marijuana. As I stayed in the corner, people were smoking and there was a strong smell in the room. Every few times, when leaving or entering, the police would be there solving some trouble between the guests. If you want to feel like you are in a Tenement this is the right place.

The hotel was decent on the outside but once I was in my room, the room had an old urine odor. It was very noisy from other guest staying there. I left the room shortly after checking in. The up keep of the rooms could be improved.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. You even have to pay for a coffee maker and linen changes.

Front desk had trouble checking us in. The pillows were the worst we have ever sleep on. Ask for additional pillows and was told there were not any. And no hand towels.

Only Part Time Staff. Could not even check out until after 9AM. Had to report to work, then take off and return for check-out to get my receipt, then return back to work. Property posted a Violation Sticker on my Vehicle Window because another person was parked across the Line, essentially using one & one half parking spots, which forced me to park over the line in the next spot. The Sticker cannot be removed without using a Chemical Solvent, creating a Blind Spot on my Drivers Side Window - Very dangerous practice they are using. I would even call it intentional Vandalism of Customers Vehicles.

Beds were cheap, noisy and uncomfortable. The staff was unavailable until 10am on Sunday and hard to find. No smoking signs in public areas posted but had to walk through cigarette smoke when entering and exiting the building. The smoke was provided by staff and general public. The tub faucet did not work properly. Will not stay here again not recommend.

It’s a cheap place. For the price it’s probably pretty okay. No iron or coffee. Staff was nice. Clean room. Wife wouldn’t have stayed here, but for a guy traveling alone, it was perfect.

We loved the price, the ease from the highway and drivable to other locations. Plenty of parking, rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable; both my daughter and I slept like rocks in that bed. Jose was efficient and informative at check-in - super friendly! It would be nice to have a coffee maker or some kind of caffeine options for those of us who need the morning boost, but with QuikTrip so close, we managed very quickly. There were no cups in the room, but that was minor. We liked the floors - no sketchy carpet! The room was clean, as were the bathrooms. The walls are a *little* thin, but everyone calmed down by 10 p.m., so not a problem. All in all, a very reasonably priced place to stay!

This was not what I expected. It was more for longer stays and yet had no extras like a pool or exercise room. They had a sink and stove but nothing to go with them like pots and pans or dish soap. It is a beautiful neighborhood and nice to walk around. We had to go out for coffee.

Friendly check-in process even with having a dog with us. Room was very clean including the microwave! Nice place to stay on a road trip.

I rented a smoke free room but pillows smelled like smoke, no mirrors in the room, no blow dryer, I didn’t know they didn’t clean rooms when you leave so if we came late we had to wait until they arrive for work the following morning to get clean towels

My room was comfortable and clean. I was treated with respect. I will be staying there again. When it says pet friendly on the website be aware that applies ONLY TO DOGS.

Was not told about 100 dollar deposit when I booked online. Wasn’t told till I showed up to check in.

Unfortunately, it was a short stay, but it was well worth it. I'm not good with driving in a large city like Kansas city. The hotel being in the Kansas city Kansas area was better for me. The location and price was perfect.

It was everything I’d want in a living environment. Good people, easy highway access & easy shopping convince!

Very deceptive photos. The hallways and elevator was literally covered in mud. The walls in my room were covered in whatever was cooked by the last guest. Definitely avoid if cleanliness is import you. Also, the wall as are paper thin. I had an audiobook going to fall asleep around midnight at only level 4 volume. Was awoke by the guy next door pounding on my wall and hollering that he could hear it. It was uncomfortable to say the least, especially as a woman traveling alone. Oh, no pillow protectors either. Ew.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly . Highly recommend them

The fan in the rooms heating and cooling unit was super loud when it would cut on

Reception tried to charge me a cash deposit and claimed it’s on the Expedia policy and that she has an atm I can use for the cash. Once I pointed out that it’s not on the policy, she said that she recommends cash because it’s “better”. Room was very dirty. TVs are tiny.
