Overpriced dirty hotel room. Rugs need to be replaced, I was grossed out stepping on them barefoot and tried to wear my flip flops at all times. Huge stain on the carpet near head of bed. Large Spider crawling on heating/cooling unit. Dead spiders/bugs in corners. Can hear every foot step above you. All around ick feeling, would not recommend

i saw a fly inside the room very noisy on the 2nd floor that we did t able to sleep good and the prepaid for our breakfast from expedia Hilton did not honor it

We not told sheets were changed every other day so I called and they brought them up for us to put on. Ran out of toilet paper and only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Had to call for more. The other time I stayed there it was very nice.

The hotel was functional for what we needed. The beds were fairly comfortable and most staff friendly. There were a few negative points though: paper-thin walls (we could hear everything going on in the hallway), the breakfast was not included, expresso machine in lobby not working. Also the employee checking us in (an Indian gentleman) was quite rude.

The Hilton Garden Hotel in Riverhead New York just outside of thr Hamptons was one of the friendliest and cleanest Hotels that I have ever stayed at . From the front service staff, housekeepers and Bar and kitchen personnel ,the customer service was 2nd to none based on recent stays at other hotels. The Hotel General Manager/Manager shouod be commended for maintain a courteous and profesional staff. The location was easily accesible to all the Hamptons parks and Beaches all within 10 to 40 minutes away. Hotel was pet friendly and all the guest pets and owners seemed to be happy and comfortable as well. Thank you Hotels .Com for this property referrral. I'll definitely be staying at this location again .

We live on the East End and Decided to stay here to make a Riverhead Drs appointment more convenient due to the psychotic Hamptons summer traffic.The room was lovely and our 2 year old had a blast in the pool. Tanger is right across the street, so you can do some fun discount shopping. Splish Splash water park is right up the road and the Village of Riverhead is near by which is full of character and fun. I high recommend this hotel and the area. I will gladly do a staycation here again.

I have stayed here for years but can no longer. The rooms are outdated but the staff is amazing. Our room had an issue with bugs. Not just a few a lot. For $400 a night I can’t accept the conditions of the room. Dirty shower and bugs. It’s an hassle getting clean towels & wash clothes. Again, I have stayed here loyally for years but have decided to make a change for good. I will miss seeing the staff at the front desk.

Okay place. Very close to freeway. TV is really screwed up. Honestly, someone has diverted channels like CNN and MSNBC. In fact, MSNBC goes directly to the right extremist InfoWars.

Stayed here from out of town for a fun birthday trip for myself with my daughter. We went had had our hair done and did some shopping. This hotel was very clean and affordable.

the only thing that was wrong was the room i got had a jacuzzi but the jets were broke and at night i went down to get a drink and the little drink area was closed other then that not a bad spot to stay

The property was ok. The room was clean and staff friendly. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. For a room rate of $340 a night, breakfast should have been included! I have stayed at other Garden Inns and it was included.
