The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was located very near the outlets and restaurants.

The breakfast, was ok but where you make your own waffles the eggs were old tasting not a good breakfast

We had a power failure while we were getting ready for a wedding  and they did not provide the typical IHG membership gift bag

Centrality located to shopping and our final destination.

this was our final stop on our road trip - we wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from JFK (but not too close either) this was perfect - Rivehead gave us the opportunity to see the hamptons and Sag Harbor and also do a little bit of shopping to take presents home with us.
the hotel was very peaceful, spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It is also worth mentioning that this had by far the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in also

Free breakfast had great options
Our room was in ground floor. The noise level of the room was terrible. I heard every car that unlock and lock their cars, the raceway noise was extremely loud, and I was able to hear everyone walking pass my room clearly. The beds was also too plush. I definitely did not sleep well and it was over priced for what I had to pay for .

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was lovely. Location was great for an Uber out to the wineries.
We had to switch rooms. There was an issue with the shades in the first room we had-They didn’t go down. But the staff was helpful and moved us wuickly.

The bed was very comfortable. We liked that the room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. loved that the room was large and had a couch and table. Loved the Dove products. Plenty of towels
Ac unit was finicky . People in the hallways sounded like people were right in our room. I dont mind hearing people in the hallways that is to be expected but other places we have stayed they sounded more muffled. maybe thicker walls idk.
Our key cards kept deactivating even after we made sure to keep them away from everything.

called for the shuttle to take us from the hotel to hotel indigo to eat dinner. the hotel receptionist said 7:00 pick up. then we waited and the hotel receptionist said the shuttle driver went home. we were disappointed
