Nice hotel. Dated in parts. Food very nice. No cava/champagne at breakfast, but probably not great starting the day that way anyway. Waiter Sebastian singing while working was a nice sign - happy staff / happy customers! Sun beds on the beach are public, but not too terribly priced at €18 for 2 inc parasol. Beach next door is €30 for the same!! However, you have to claim quite early and you need to pay soon after 9am - or they remove your stuff!!! Happened to me 3 times - I was in holiday mode! Bed wasn’t the comfiest tbh, quite hard and just a sheet on the mattress. Worst was the air conditioning - it was so loud. I have earplugs as husband snores terribly, but he’s nothing on the aircon units! Also, they don’t go below 19 degrees - I’m all for thinking about climate problems, but it just meant that I could never turn it off. So overall, mattress, aircon racket and heat - sleep was poor on this trip. But the proximity to the beautiful beach and sea (much nicer spot than other locations on mijorn beach), good food and great service, make it that I will return here. Thank you to amazing hotel beach staff who performed incredible first aid on husband’s foot - BEWARE of hidden rocks within sand everywhere here!!

Great and peaceful place to stay and relax

We went here for our honeymoon and loved it. Amazing food, right on a beautiful beach, staff is super friendly and easy to access most of island by bus if you want to explore other beaches.

Location is great, very clean room and great food. Internet quick enough, but not stable.

I had an amazing time at this property. On a solo trip and no much to request!! The hotel has provided all and I think is has been great. I would like to point out the Reyes from the food & beverage team - Very attentive and always looking after during breakfast and dinner!!! Congratulations for the great working attitude!!!

Excellent hotel, right on the beach, great facilities (gyms, pools, restaurants etc). Excellent breakfast selection. I will be staying here again.

Great view and beautiful water, but the rooms are small and dated and the hotel restaurant is absolutely horrible and we stopped eating there even though it was free. Even the boiled eggs tasted like chemicals probably because they use the very worst and cheapest ingredients. Even the tomatoes were awful. There are a few other restaurants near the property like Flipper and Casablanca which are tasty but very expensive. The spa was closed, and there is no room service and the bar only opens from 6 to 11.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night after 2 nights in Ibiza. Overall I would say it was fine to stay at this hotel for 1 night for the price I paid. (I got a good offer due to Covid 19). It is in a nice area of the Island, where you can visit the light house and see sunsets. The good: The hotel is in a good location by a nice beach, with amazing water. Pools are is good not amazing. The not so good: Hotel room and pool area feels dated and not a 4 star feeling. It did feel odd that as a guest you had to pay for the beach chairs and umbrellas to stay at what fealt as a private beach. Breakfast was a big disappointment for me as I would say it is 3 star and not 4 star quality. Also one of the coffee machines were broken coffee machine so we had to quee for a while to get coffee, which is not ideal in the morning.

The hotel is very large, and located right on a beautiful part of the beach, next to a very good restaurant (Es Culpina) and a chiringuito. It is very resort-like but everything was clean and chic and the staff were very helpful - they printed a boarding pass and delivered it to my room immediately. I did not eat in the hotel.

The Place is good directly located at the sea, but that is already all. Hotel needs renovation.

Lovely stay , always a pleasure to come back . Great location on a wonderful beach !

Smaller room than expected. Walk in shower greatly appreciated. Beautiful outdoor patio bar. Great food and plenty of variety.

Was great having different ares to swim/sunbathe in. Loved being able to play tennis and then a stretch class.

It was a very nice experience, beautiful amenities; pool, lounges, and others. Very nice restaurants and outstanding staff.

Its right on the beach, on a perfect island. Great area to explore, convenient to coves, beaches, etc.

Be careful about which room you are palmed off with

We enjoyed our four night stay very much. The hotel had many pluses including a rental car desk in the lobby, nice, clean pool, a spacious bathroom, good food, and a friendly, helpful staff. The only negative were the beds, which my daughter and I found hard and uncomfortable. This may be a personal preference.
