Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room - we appreciated the mountain view. We couldn’t understand the heating controls so unable to turn down the heat. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Not clean very low budget hotel owner was changed and the upkeep of the hotel is poor.

What a disappointment. The room was not clean, the shower did not function properly, and the heater barely functioned. This is a two-star facility.

Reasonable hotel for a stop along our journey. The rooms were comfortable but in need of some maintenance - we noted stained carpets and marked walls. Parking was fine with street or secure parking options. It is a short walk to the town centre for restaurants, of which there are a few choices.

It is fine as an apartment with long stay. But I will rated as a 3 star hotel

The hotel is undergoing an ownership change and was out of order. Obviously it is under remodeling since we saw construction materials piled up next to the lobby entrance. The room cleaning was poorly done. Trash in the bath room and kitchen was not removed, and worst of all, there was no towels at all. The room had dusty smell and made us feel ill.

Its in very quite area , the town is very small so every thing is nearby. The apartment is clean but very small and its not modern. The location is very nice. The staff are very nice and friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights here at the start of April 2018 in order to explore the local areas of France and Switzerland. For this purpose the hotel was ideal, being close to the motorway, and walkable to the local shops and bars of Divonne les Bains, as well as having an amazing view of the river and the Jura mountains. The apartment itself was basic, with a 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge and plates etc. Lack of a grill/oven made cooking a little more thought-required than we anticipated. The biggest drawback was the reception area, which was being re-furbished. It was very dusty as the carpets were being replaced, which put us off eating at the hotel. We were unhappy not to be warned of the work when we booked, however, it wasn't audible from our room, and aside from making the hotel look unwelcoming when we arrived didn't really impact our stay much.

Overnight for the Geneva Motorshow - all other rooms were booked nearby. Nice staff, easy check-in and 1 bedroon appartment was comfortable. Needs a bit of a renewal but overall clean and quiet. Breakfast is OK for the price. Easy parking. Pet Friendly - Recommend

A dishwasher was provided. The kitchen appeared generally well equipped but lacked some basic things, such as frying pan, bottle opener & chopping board. The lounge was huge with a comfortable sofa, dining table and TV. The heating worked well. It was very cold when we visited and the apartment remained comfortable at all times. Located about 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre.

Great location, had a rental so it is easy to get around, local shops within walking distance. Large studio, all you need for short stay. Only issue, is a weird hot water system which requires the water to run for sometime before the hot water comes through.

Where should we start.... This apartment hotel was highly recommended by friends who had family and friends stay there over the years when it used to cater to business guests....however...it appears service level or management or something has changed...........selected because it was only 15-20mins from friends in Givrins Negatives::Check-in was OK - however no electronic key - still OK.We got to the room - a bit of a musky smell - so opened the windows for fresh air. Next morning, noticed weird smell in toilet (separate area from bathroom) - had to leave some citrus soap in a cup daily to counter this. It gets better - my husband had to take out the trash (no cleaning - we were traveling with a baby - so imagine diapers, food). We were informed if you stay 4-7 days they clean once- we stayed 6 days - no one came until the day before we left when i called the front desk to complain again - since no response from other days - it was pointless at this time - just asked for new towels. Our apartment had an outer door which used an electronic key - we were not given this key - we returned late one night to find the door locked - my husband went downstairs to the front desk, he was provided the key and asked to return - gasp...because they did not have enough keys for the people checking in that weekend - i guess current guests did not matter. We ran out of bathroom tissue - informed the front desk - we were informed it would be brought to the room, 2 hours later, called the f
