Overrated and overpriced very tired hotel. Air con didn’t work and the room was boiling hot, gym facility was less than basic and cleanliness poor. Everything in the room was knackered, old and poorly maintained. Strongly recommend not to go to this pretentious hotel.

First of all, the room is very large with separate walk in closet and bathtub/shower area. Most hotel has no bathtub any more.
The young lady Alice in breakfast room is charming and warm and very on top of everything. I ordered earl grey tea with lemon once and then she brings me one every following date, The concierge team is also very helpful - a very pleasant stay for us in Beijing!

The hotel itself was fine. The check in process was long and painful. We had two rooms booked and it was confusing. On day before checkout we asked for an extension to one room. The girl sold me a date and told me it was the last room- the rate I discovered was triple the rate on the app. This took about an hour of time to do and then I had to go back and ask for a refund as the app showed a much more competitive rate. Why say this was last room and try to charge so much? Anyway in the end we managed to get a refund and book on app but their service was very frustrating

There was a national event at the hotel. To enter the hotel throughout the stay, I had to be searched by agents. There was no apology from the hotel. The soldiers almost occupied the hotel. There was also something incredible about one soldier dining at my table while I went to pick up food from the buffet restaurant. I was really disappointed with Hilton.

Property is conveniently located next to APM mall and right behind Wangfujing. Plenty to do and eat nearby. The hotel room looked clean, but I found a used cotton swab on the floor upon entering the room. The furniture and the room itself was a bit worn out as some hardware were rusting, and glides weren't smooth to operate. The breakfast buffet was decent and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

This hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist site of Beijing, with lots of shops nearby (not cheap of course). I especially appreciate the condition of the hotel/room as well as the attentative service of the staff. No complaint. You get what you paid for, in the good way.

We had a fatastic trip in Beijing , stay in Hilton Wangfujing was good decision , location, staff all above our expectations, Front Dest Customer relation Manager Jeff did great job during check in and out, accommodate many of our requests, Nora at Bell desk also provide excellent service to set up the tour for us. Facility in some areas are need update, but for location and service in general, I recommend this place for your trip in Beijing.

Great hotel with large rooms in an excellent location. Western-style breakfast better than expected. Coffee was a bit expensive in the bar and rooms slightly too dark for my preference, but that's about it, overall 5/5. Will certainly return to this hotel.

Good location for Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Jingshan Park, etc plus close to Wangfujing Station on the metro. I had lounge access and was impressed with the food and service. Nicole was particularly helpful with lots of help and advice about attractions and local restaurants (for Peking Roast Duck - rude not to try it!). Also close to shopping if that's your thing. I would stay again.

The hotel was in a great area, right next to a shopping mall filled with amazing restaurants and on the other side of the mall is wangfujing street. It's also a 20 minute walk to the palace museum, tianamen square, and qianmen street so probably an unbeatable location for the price range.
The condition of the hotel was good. The rooms were large and comfortable, the water pressure was good, good views.
My experience with the staff was fantastic. They were all very welcoming and helpful. I do want to call out Nora Liu in particular because after I found out that the great wall was sold out, she provided other fantastic options and helped me book them. She also helped me plan a great wall trip and was just overall very warm and inviting every time I saw her.
I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Beijing

Mia Su was very helpful at the hotel helping me with the baby. The issue we had is it is no where near the London quality of Hilton hotels we are used to. The room is very old and the air conditioning did not work well. The gym did not also have a sauna.

Property is amazing location and the hotel is merticulously managed. Rooms are very spacy and comfortable. The hotel manager ivanka zhang and staffs took really great care for us from the checking onwards. A really pleasant stay

The hotel is nice and in a good location, however the room was not clean following further inspection with other peoples hair and even a false nail found. The room was far too hot and the air conditioning was not turned on for this time of year.
These things were essential hence why it needed to be highlighted.

I love that the staff are so helpful with language and communication needs since I don’t speak Chinese and had to use translation app for my 3 nights stay there. It was a lovely time in Beijing. Thank you Hilton Hotel as usual you are an excellent choice for a place to stay!❤️

Avoid this hotel. Photos are not a true likeness, incredibly dated. No air con so staff say keep windows open, so you can’t sleep due to road noise. Lobby has a bad smell and weirdly has forgotten Xmas decorations still up. Hotel management unhelpful. Hugely disappointing.

We stayed 14 Mar to 18 Mar 2024. The weather ranges 20 degrees Celsius in the day to 4 degrees Celsius at night. And it gets warm in the room but unfortunately, due to central control, there's only heater air conditioning which starts from 26 degrees Celsius. We had to open the all the windows to get the cool air into the room but because of the central location of hotel, it was simply too noisy with the windows opened. Our room is at floor 11. The hotel staff told me that the cooling air conditioning is only activated in summer...

Ok, the location is great but you can tell it is an older hotel and needs a bit of updating. As it was in Winter, outside temperature was very cold so the hotel aircon was set to very warm, so warm that we had to turn the air on off and open the windows to let some air in. The room was huge as we had the King Deluxe Suite, but the decor certainly needed updating. Wifi was very difficult and slow, apparently due to security during the national party conference, so was frustrating. Surprise find was actually their Chinese restaurant Chyna, the food was very good and not that expensive, we had the Peking duck there, was excellent, with a lovely waitress looked after us, she spoke a bit of English and was so cute helping us ordering food.
In all, it was ok but would try other hotel if ever in Beijing again.
