Front desk staff is awesome. Room had plenty of space for our family of five. Beds were comfortable. Ac worked good. Quiet. Convenient to the Tampa airport and Bucs stadium. Room 517 had a funky smell to it though. Only bad thing.

Our ship never docked due to the hurricane and we had to cancel our room. We have tried to no avail to get our money back. This is not a good way to treat people that had to cancel due to no fault of their own.

The beds were great, very soft and comfy. they should change the carpet, old and out dated. We had a roach crawl on the night stand. Limited english speaking in that area.

The service we received here was absolutely above and beyond!!! We came in late - around midnight - and were checked in quickly. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and the couch bed had already been made in our room. Our room was larger than we anticipated, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. This is a hidden gem of a hotel!

The kids love the swimming pool and breakfasts here are really good but it close too early at 9am on the week days. I hope it close later like at 10:30am every day.

Overall the hotel was good, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem i had was the thin walls and ceilings, it was hard to sleep for 2 nights out of 3 due to hearing everything in the room next to us. I MEAN EVERYTHING!

Motel 5 at best. Although the breakfast was good. No hair dryer. The floor in the bathroom is damaged. I got a sliver in my foot from the cracked laminate flooring. No mattress pads. Had to get my own towels.

Excellent front desk staff, breakfast staff outstanding, cleanliness of the room great. Only one negative, no hot water for the 3-day stay, neither for our room nor pur son's room. Besides that, everyone and everything was great. Think you.
