We always enjoy our stays at this hotel Great staff and very clean

First room had lights that didn’t work and no water pressure in shower so we had to move rooms. Both rooms had stains all over couches. Fixtures in bathrooms were broken (missing towel hook, cracked sinks, broken hairdryer…). Got charged $10 for a bottled water in lobby. Hard to find rooms for FSU games, and even this one was $400/nt, but will gladly pay more to never stay here again.

Did not clean room and when I told the front desk I was told that they recently changed to not cleaning the rooms unless it was requested. I was not told this during check-in.

The property was conveniently located, my only issue was the TV channels were not working, only had about 10 channels and many more were offered

beds and the otherva King bed and I requested to stay in my first room. Even though the hotel was fully booked, my request was somehow satisfied.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was conveniently located to all the major stores and other places I needed to go. Also, the room was clean, bed comfortable and housekeeping was great.

The pool was a lovely shade of green, which no one mentioned to us while booking. Carpet in the room had very worn spots. Curtains did not go across the window so did not block out light. But it was clean & quiet & spacious.

This is our eighth stay at this location. The staff is friendly. Love the location, quiet.

We were down for a week and this was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! Would be nice to have one more waffle maker, as everyone wanted waffles for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was great. The room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

I was very disappointed with your house keeping policy. My room was only clean once for the 6 days that I stayed. Was given different infro. Got there Thursday room wasn't clean till Sunday. 🙃 For the price I paid. Service should have been better.
