Check in and customer service good. The property has a pile of trash and broken tables and chairs that should be removed immediately, looks very disgusting and like the property is uncared for. The room was clean but not exceptionally and could be.

THE WORST OF THE WORST. This was one of the worst stays we have had in a very long time. We booked two rooms both rooms were extremely noticeably dirty. There was drywall debris on the floor of the king room and screws left from "renovation". My two year old found the screws and there was enough debris on the floor for her to think it was kinetic sand. No where to sit in the room besides the bed no coffee machine no toilet paper pool was closed.

Terrible experience. I reserved the room on Hotel.com and had arrived very late to the hotel after a long day of travel only to be turned away and advised that they are no longer in business. My question is…why is it it still listed and why did they take my money? Hmm.

Worst customer service EVER, the girl that works in the evening has no customer service skills, they treat you like they are C O’s and it feels like u in a halfway house always having to call to get let back in.

Neighborhood is sketchy, but parking lot is gated so that was good. Doesnt look the greatest from the outside, but our room was great! Its got the retro look/feel to it. King bed with huge private balcony, super clean, large tv with a menu to all cable channels, cool Mr Ed doors, and the bed/pillows was amazing. Cool place, good price.

My room was under construction, and dirty. I think the last straw was when I poured some water into my "kitchen sink" and it just dumped onto the floor below it. Fake sink lolololol. Cool light fixture and door and crappy everything else.

I have stayed at the Greens many times for both business and pleasure travel. It is a very nicely renovated property. The rooms are comfortable and LIsa does a good job taking care of the guests.

Really cute hotel, very simple. Lots of metal, on the doors and on the bed (probably for recycling purposes, which is neat). There is gate entry for the parking lot which makes it a safe little area, although a bit tight and the gate system is a bit janky (no code, you have to call if they don’t see you). Bed was comfortable, a little squeaky. Bathroom was clean, the place looks like it used to be an older motel and some wallpaper was peeling. Overall a nice visit, the area isn’t super bad but it’s not the best either. Good for the price.

Was driving to Palm Springs and needed to take a rest stop mid way. Have stayed at the Greens many time when I am in Sac for work so stopped for the night. Was easy to check in and has secure parking so was safe to leave my car full of vacation stuff. Clean, quiet, big room.

Well i dodnt get to stay at all and they ended up taking 80 dollers from me and told me that they could not give it back.

The first day I walked up to my door it was open. The parking was satisfactory if you could get a spot. You had to call the front desk to get in the hotel compound. The rooms were large but noisy from other ten tents walking. They have a old key system rather than a swipe card. Hotel has potential but needs a lot of work.

The hotel was clean with gated parking. Our reservation with deposit for 2 beds was not adhered to because the hotel was fully booked and we were given a single bed because we did not pay in advance. Early morning noise from the alley but given the economically challenged neighborhood, the stay for the price was good.

Upon check-in, the only thing that front desk keep repeating is don’t spot line, don’t break anything, don’t ... or you will pay for it.The room is nothing like the picture. I should see this hotel hired a very good photographer. Everything is dirty. The sheet and line is old and has some spots. My main concern is the bed does not looks like been made! It is high possibility that I sleep on a dirty sheet! It is horrible during COVID-19. Stay away from this place.

First thing is the room smelled like urine when we walked in. The bed looked unmade. The bed had stained sheets. The bathroom was not clean. I had to ask for new sheets to remake the bed myself. The sheets that were brought to us were stained too. Pictures were very nice and I was expecting better.

Everything is good except for the parking space ,if you get there in the later afternoon or late evening you have no parking space for your car anymore . Limited parking .

Power went while doing online banking , and cost me some money. There were no clean pillows, and I stayed 2 nights. There was a sign on the window notifying people that they reserved the right to enter any given room at any given time without permission of occupant. Also, that the occupant didn’t have to even be present while they enter the room. That and there was no in or out without contacting the office to open the gate. It was locked down like Fort Knox which sounded great at first considering the homeless in the surrounding area. I did not feel comfortable, it was a very inconvenient stay and I will not be staying there again.

First all I want to say. The curb appeal is not very appealing. But, once you get inside. The room was very cute, warm and nicely decorated. The beds (2queens) comfortable and clean. Nice little hidden party fridge for food or adult beverages lol. The bathroom needs some decorating. I would sugest adding a microwave, instead of the coffee machine. All and all I would stay here again.

The property has obviously has the comfort of guests in mind!! The rooms are large and with SUPER COMFORTABLE BEDS! One side note: My room has a nice coffee station but there was no table and only one sitting chair. So it was impossible for two persons to enjoy coffee at a table or work with a lap top. Suite "S"

I really really love The Greens Hotel. Amazing rooms amazing on time service and promptness. I will always stay here.

Good experience overall. Front desk rep could have been more attentive or friendly but was not rude.

When we arrived at hotel we explained what happened at other hotel when we arrived. This hotel gave us a free upgrade. We have stayed here b4. Very friendly staff. Will stay at this hotel for now on anytime in Sacramento.
