Location, just off the I-5 Freeway. Room itself was average but passable. Free hot breakfast was appreciatedoms ao
Some woman wtih a dog began SCREAMING and running down the hallways about an hour after I had gotten there. Next, a horrendous crash that made my entire room shake. Think she dumped the refrigerator on the floor above me. A Security Guard went by looking fort the casue of the disturbance. Her screaming and running continued throughbout the night. If Sacramento would put lunatices in mental hospitals and not hotels this would not have happened. Not a lot of guests in this hotel and now I know why. IDIOTS, IDIOTS, IDIOTS!!!!

It was near the mall, restaurants and movie theater
The room smelled so bad with cigarette smoke it made us all nauseous, it was very dirty, stained bed linen, two roaches, the refrigerator smelled like something went bad, we went to a movie just to get out of the room and burned a candle just to breathe, we used our own blankets from our car and left as soon as we could.

The breakfast is the best love the orange juice
The rooms were nice and neat I loved how friendly the hotel staff is did I mention the breakfast which is open from 630 till 930 am !!!! Handsdown the best stay for the ratings me and my kids enjoyed oursepv3s and we felt safe I love the fact we are near a police station and they have cameras everywhere .....
I only wish they had extended stay packages we would've definitely stayed longer

The room was clean and staff very friendly. I especially enjoyed that we were allowed to get breakfast and take back to our room. Made it easier for us to get ready as well.

Hard to breathe in the room, on the door mentioned don't smoke but everyone smoking, I stayed there just one night but a better way to stay in your car, the towels were too old and I think time to change that. Don't forget if you want to stay there take your towel, and enjoy the smell :(

There Liars we drove a long ways for the pool it was broke for a month when we got there they tried to charge us more money after we was fully paid prior to coming kitchen was broke they false advertise until u get there and half of the amenities they say the got don't work. They didn't refund us nothing also hotel booking are Liars also save your money and time.

The staff was helpful
The room was dirty, the door didn't latch well, there was something rolled up in toilet paper in the bathroom drawer with flies coming out of the drawer, the screen to the balcony door was torn open, a cupboard missing a door, and there were pink paint stains on the table, floor, ceiling, and curtains. The pools were disgusting and the hotel said they were closed on the website but booking.com advertised pools being open. My daughters, husband and I left less than 10 minutes after we got there.

Breakfast and the staff were outstanding
We booked it with pool and hot tub. To find out the pool is closed all summer long we had room 146 the floors were not mopped and the sheets had stains on them the TV had lines running through the bottom of it and every hour shut down.
I was disappointed with the pool and hot tub being closed and the TV not working probably and they give you WiFi but no internet

The location is horrible surrounded by homeless people all around makes it really scary and unsafe

Towels were disgusting, bed was uncomfortable and sheets were dirty. Pillows were dirty. Bugs crawling everywhere. Dead mosquitoes 🦟 all over .
Worst experience, would of been better off sleeping in my car. Paid $110 for one night.

That it was pet friendly
There were a lot of sketchy people smoking outside there room. I felt uncomfortable going to and from my car. There was no hot water in the shower. The rug felt gross on my bare feet. There where stains on the seat in the room and spiderwebs next to the ac. And there were no extra blankets or pillows
