Great stay, evening staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care off. I was shocked how comfortable the beds were. Only thing it needed was sink needs new faucet, but it worked.

Two days without coffee. Worker said the machine was broken. Decaf was cold. Sunday morning no one at front desk to ask for room housekeeping. Had a sign to call, but no answer. Will not stay here again.

No complaints! We stayed at the Hilton the night before and it was HORRIBLE!! Do not recommend staying there!! This hotel is extremely clean and the customer service was excellent

Our room looked decently cleaned but our bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. There were used shampoo bottles and soap bar in the shower. Also, the coffee maker is stored in the bathroom.

It was horrible issues first room was sticky disgusting smell and have bodily fluids residue all over the place the second room stunk and have stains all over the wall most the outlets didn’t work key card had to be replaced like twice a day had to have front desk let you into the pool none of the outside doors locked and most the out side lights was out they was letting people swim and was loud all night couldn’t get any sleep there

Our a/c unit in room 227 made throughout the entire time it was on. This was run by the main desk. They were going to alert the maintenance person. That was never resolved. Ice machine on our floor had no ice. I did mention to maid that we needed no service but just to please new towels and throw out the trash. That didn't happen. I saw her notate it on the sheet.

We have stayed in Sleep Inns before and were very satisfied however this was the worst. However I have been informed that this area seems to be migratory for border crossers which may contribute to the decline in the hotel. It is smoke free however our smoke detector was disabled in the room and smelled like smoke when we entered. The staff was friendly though, breakfast was decent.

Beds were comfortable! I don’t know why they place the coffeemaker and the ice bucket in the bathroom next to the toilet, bad choice of placement.

Checkin and stay was fine. Bathrooms are outdated and gross. Weird shower angle, old yellow plastic style. Poor grout job so its messy, floor looked disgusting. Bed was comfy.

The toilet would not flush from day 1 arriving at the hotel. We asked to move rooms & were told they had a room but they were waiting to see if the guest would arrive. We were told to fill the toilet up with water frm the sink, & it still didn't work. So not flushing made the room smell

Lobby area was untidy and had trash everywhere.

Staff were on helpful on this stay. They could not even provide me with a working blow dryer.
Also, the breakfast was horrible, as there was no one
restocking breakfast items, etc. the waffle iron was burnt
and it smelled terrible, yet no one was attending the breakfast area. Coffee ran out, not good at all.

When I checked I was told no downstairs rooms, next day I was moved downstairs. I booked additional days and that's when it went south. 6am some TRIED TO OPEN MY DOOR!! THEY GAVE ANOTHER GUEST MY ROOM AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT!! THEN THEY WOULDN'T EXTEND MY STAY HAD TO BOOK ONLINE AGAIN WAS DOUBLE CHARGED!! THEN SIGN SAID CHECK OUT 11AM SHE KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AT 9AM! All in all I hated it. Wouldn't recommend EVER

Chose this as a stop on our way up to Roswell then Tuscon on a cross country road trip since it got late and we were tired of driving. Overall very convenient location, however the hotel is old and really not taken care of. Check in was easy enough, but then elevator was really dirty going up to our room, then when we got to the floor there were a few dirty towels spread throughout the hallway up to our room. Once in the room you could tell it's old and definitely needs a renovation, however it seemed for the most part clean enough. That was until I got in bed and 2 of the pillows had these gross looking yellow stains on them and one of them had black stains. We switched them out but still something to be wary of. Entire place needs a lift not sure I would stay again if I had an option I would pick one of the other hotels nearby.

I've stayed here several times in the past with good experiences. This time, the graveyard clerk, I'm guessing (6:30a), was very rude to my wife over her key not working on the gym door. At 7a it was a different clerk at the desk that was very nice. Unfortunately, I don't know if we will stay here in the future over this experience with the clerk.

Stay overall was good. Breakfast however was not. Waffle maker was not working. Had to ask for more eggs and sausage be brought out. No selection of fruit. No extra towels for the pool area

The room was a handicapped room, not very romantic. Ceiling leaking in restroom, carpet dirty and walls. On Saturday staff opened our door without knocking, then again on Monday morning around 9 am staff attempted to open my door again without knocking. They need some training and they’ll be better.
