People were nice. Villa was primo.

We stayed in the "penthouse" villa, which was fantastic. Clean, modern, well-appointed, large. Great housekeeping, friendly staff, convenient amenities. The area itself is a bit away from things so you have to want that, which we did.

The 4-bedroom villa on the beach was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. 5 star resort for sure! The pool looked just as amazing as it does on the web site-and the restaurants on the resort on both sides all had great food including vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the manager Ingrid is a wonderful person who actually helped us return a lost dog back to its owner!
Only downside of the area is the massive seaweed on the beach while we were there-and the taxis are expensive to travel around.

The property was nice. The staff was great as well. The sister property (Oyster bay resort) needs to upgrade some of their facilities. The gym is very small and lackluster on both properties and the pool needs a major renovation. We had a dishwasher issue that forced us to cancel some plans one night but it was eventually fixed. Cleaning could have been better on the first day of our stay, found old bread under the bed from a previous stay. Nice stay overall but improvements could be made to make the stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful property! Very spacious… Concierge and staff very friendly and efficient !

We stayed at the Coral Beach Club for our honeymoon and loved it !! The property is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and the location can’t be beat! The property is also in the same vicinity of the Oyster Bay resort - it’s super fun to hang out at the pool there and listen to their live music and other events.

Our condo was very nice. We found that amenities were not as advertise. For this property. We had to walk over to Oyster Bay to enjoy the pool and fitness center.

Clean, spectacular views, great staff, perfect food.... everything i could have asked for in a vacation!

Terrible service, everyone seems rude and they don’t care, customer service is the thing they need to work the most in. Room service is nos room service when you need to go to the restaurant to pick it up!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom townhouse which has a nice pleasant surprise. The units were over/under with 2 bedrooms upstairs and the living and kitchen area on the first floor.
The unit had 3 full bathrooms which was a nice surpise along with 2 full pull out couches. If necessary it is the ideal place for people whom are on a budget to stay at. The place can actually fit 8 people.
The only downside is the beach is filled with seaweed however that is the case for many beaches on the island.

We stayed in the penthouse and it was very clean and spacious but there was a horrible order like sewer order in the living room/kitchen area it was terrible. I complained several times to different staff members in the front desk and no one came to fix the problem. We were gone most of the day but when we returned it was nauseating. We stayed there for 5 nights and not till the day we were leaving, did the hotel manager call us, and only because my husband complained again to the housekeeper that came. It was not worth the money we paid!

There was a bit of a smell in the morning when they were cleaning the seaweed off the beach but it cleared up within a couple of hours. I guess if would have been a lot worse if they didn't do it. The front desk was amazing, it's under new management and they really try to keep you happy. I rented a villa on the beach, with a huge terrace and private pool, great to hang out on at night.

The villa was very large with plenty of room and beds for our family of 6. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained and the location couldn't have been better - quiet yet had several restaurants and even a small grocery store just steps away. The beach was soft, water was clear, and snorkeling just a bit offshore was great. The staff were super friendly and helped us with every request. Using the Shop n' Drop grocery service we arrived to a fully stocked fridge and jumped straight into the pool. With the ease and friendliness of taxis, we didn't rent a car and easily explored the island. Our taxi driver even brought us food from his Aunt's barbecue one afternoon.

My boyfriend and I just returned from our vacation to St. Maarten (Dutch side) and had a fabulous time. The Coral Beach Club villa we rented was unbelievably beautiful, and the Oyster Pond area was awesome. I had stayed on the French side the last two times I visited the island, but now have a new favorite in the Oyster Pond area. The Coral Beach Club is now run by Re/Max and the two agents there (Dianna and Nancy) were the best. Very friendly and efficient. I had never rented a villa before but based on Trip Advisor reviews, we rented Villa #10 (The Triton) which had a superb view (it is in the second row from the beach which we preferred since it is higher up and more private). Two large decks, one with a plunge pool, and very modern décor with high-end appliances and all the accessories you could ever need. The area has several restaurants and we tried them all: Canoa (outstanding), Big Fish (very good), and Mr. Busbys for pizza, snacks and powerful Rum Punch drinks. Could not have been happier and we are looking forward to returning.

Always great. This was our third visit, and we will come back again in the future.

Tons of space in a quiet little part of the island.

Our pool lights didn't work, so we couldn't use the pool at night. We tried to call the front desk and leave a message but the mailbox was full. It appears that front desk is limited on their service and isn't open 24 hours.
Dawn beach a nice to look at but has been overtaken by the seaweed. If you plan to stay here, just beware that the seaweed can be a problem. The ocean is the Atlantic ocean, so the waves are very rough...much different from the Caribbean ocean.
If you plan to stay here for more than a few days, I suggest renting a car. Don't make the mistake of renting a Jeep Wrangler, as the road are very narrow, windy, and mountainous.
St. Martin is a beautiful island. Me and the hubby plan to come back again.

The room was large, really nice and comfortable, however, the towels had stains and were worn. There's no one to really help you when the office is closed.

CBC is a perfect family getaway where the villas provide a great balance of luxury of a villa with the beach outside your door. The villas were well equipped and when we had an issue with the AC, the staff immediately called to get the contractor to remedy the situation. Everyone was helpful and the island is great for trying a variety of beaches especially Orient beach and Pinel Island. Excellent food especially in Grand Case and go to Super U for all your groceries as quality is very good.

Coral Beach Club looks just like all of the pictures. We stayed in the Oyster (villa 13) 3 bedroom beach view villa. The view was beautiful and every room was spacious. The pool is nice and about 4.5 to 5 feet deep. My bed was super soft and comfortable. Dawn beach had A LOT of seaweed in the water and on the beach, so much that we only used the beach on the resort one day. We had to rent umbrella's & chairs on the resort (that really should be included in the price of the resort). It's definitely best to have a car to get around on the island because everything is spaced out and taxi's can get expensive. We went to Mr. Busbys (the pizza and the dinner are awesome) and Canoa (get the Plantain Canoa) several times. They are both within walking distance along with a convenience store but they close at 10pm.

Great place to stay but initial impression was not so good given we were hassled by the beach attendant next door to either pay for one of his chairs or put away the ones designated for the units(they are quite heavy btw). I am not sure what the financial relationship was there as it appeared the beach attendant was responsible for keeping the entire beach and it was the end of his shift- frankly the guy was a bit rude to us. Otherwise, the units are condos with full cooking equipment offering nice views with breakfast in your room in the morning. YOU NEED A CAR ON THIS ISLAND btw- cabs are non-existent on the French side. The beach was fair - we spent most of our time up in Grand Case (beautiful beach and great French food!) and down southwest (St. Louis) which was quite a scenic drive during the day.

It was amazing hotel.. The only one thing I would say is that not all rooms have a private pool ! Please make sure u check this out before booking but other wise great place

Most of the time, it is a bit of a challenge to know, with certainty, just how good the place you book will be. Coral Beach Club: 2008-ish well built and well equipped condos. Whether the beach or harbor view, both excellent. From dimmable lighting to designer-ish kitchens to Nanawalls (look it up), the place is clearly for those of us used to staying in upscale hotels and resorts. We spent a week in March. Husband/Wife/College Daughter/College Daughter's friend. We would return. BTW: great food nearby, and in Grand Case.

This is a very nice hotel right on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom ocean view, no need to pay for oceanfront, it is almost as close. Only negative is you still pay for beach chairs for some reason. Overall St. Martin is a decent island, still lots of poverty and dingy areas I didn't expect to see on St. Martin.

Our townhouse was in a great location--- close to beach, restaurants, grocery. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We would return .

I LOVED this place. They were so friendly and accommodating. The villa (Sea Fan) exceeded my expectations. Rarely does a place turn out to be more beautiful than the promotional photos but that was the case here. The beach was lovely, not too crowded, some great restaurants within walking distance. The dining room chairs could use a shampoo - but at least we were't worried about sitting on them. Also, the windows could use a cleaning - but I think we the sea and judging by our car windshield, that would be daily task. Lovely, lovely, lovely.

Gorgeous villa with very own plunge pool and tons of privacy.

This hotel is like staying at a luxury townhouse with a private pool and maid service! Secluded and good seperation from your neighbors. No need to share a pool with strangers because you have your own. The beach had a ton of seaweed (literally several tons), so we didn't spend that much time there, but we did go snorkeling and it was definitely worth the swim!
Downside is that it's far from town, so we had to drive everywhere, which is fine, since we had a rental car.

Great accommodations, great location, great experience...one of our best Caribbean vacations ever! If you are yearning for a tranquil retreat surrounded by the beauty of an island paradise this is the place for you. The beachfront villas are magnificent yet quite costly; so, we opted for an Oyster Pond townhome at CBC. (The harbor view townhome was very nice; yet, not the caliber of the beachfront property.) The photo gallery is very indicative of what to expect overall...pristine and beautiful. Dawn Beach is lovely...quiet, picturesque, and small. We will never stay in a hotel again...this place spoiled us! P.S. Renting a car is a "must" for grocery shopping and enjoying the many activities St. Maarten has to offer. (However, there are 3-4 restaurants and a convenience store (expensive) on the property just steps away from your accommodations if you are not one to venture out.)
