Great view of Mt. Fuji. You can see from your room. The outdoor onsen is also very nice although it is a little weird for us to be naked openly (swimming pants are not allowed).

Omg, this hotel has one of the best views of Mount Fuji! The view could be seen from a variety of places including our room, floor, the panorama lounge on the 6th floor, the breakfast room lounge, and the parking lot! They even have a koi pond in front where you can opt to feed the fishes for 100 yen along with a gift shop you can browse through. The people and service are amazing! When it was raining, one of the doormen ran to us with umbrellas in hand to escort us safely to the hotel! Our favorite part was definitely the continental breakfast buffet. It had a bunch of choices from western style options to Japanese sides. 11/10 highly recommend & would love to stay again in the future!

It's very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, the room is spacious, it's more accessible if you can drive there, if not, it's slightly less convenient.

The hotel itself is nice and we had the best view of Mt Fuji. But it is a long way from anywhere. There is a shuttle bus but it only goes each hour. You can get a taxi as an alternative but that adds up after a while.

The onsen was amazing. The staff and service was great. The amenities like golf and tennis were not taken care of and were a waste of money.

Great views of Fuji. Shuttle service might benefit from some additional time slots, and or location deop off points. Found transportion options to be difficult due to time constraints. Lack of food options in the area was also an issue because of the infrequent transportation services.

Awesome view from hotel room, hot spring is very clean and comfortable. Room is little outdated, but very clean. Great experience with Japanese transitional room! Highly recommended.

The highlight for staying in this place would surely be the view of Mt Fuji. We had a Japanese room with futon beds. Not for those with knee issues, better get a room with proper bed. Restaurants are not open for lunch so will have to take shuttle bus to town for meals. Set meals for dinner, quality is good but expensive.

A room was very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is located a few min away from a lake, so we got to walk around a path by the lake.

Beautiful location with stunning view of Mount Fuji. It's quiet and tranquil with lovely walks alongside the lake. It is a bit of a way to Kawaguchiko station where all the sightseeing buses start and end but the hotel has a free shuttle there and it's super busy in the town so it's great to come back to the peace and tranquility. Book in advance for the hotel restaurant.

I got a room with Mt. Fuji View and it’s worth every penny. I paid extra for dinner and that was the highlight of my trip. The food was so delicious and the service was excellent! The inside and outside public bath was nice too!

This hotel does not seem to have been renovated in a long time. It's dated and does not feel very clean. The traditional style room was beautiful and spacious, but our sleep was uncomfortable. We were so fortunate that the weather was cooperative during our stay. We opted for a fuji-view room and we had an outstanding view. Paying for this upgrade is a gamble, but was well worth it for us. We had a car, so the location was great!

We just stayed for 1 night here. Everything was out of our expectations! The hotel is very clean and neat. Our room was very roomy, three extra wide twin beds plus a Fulton bed for two. Loved the hot spring tubs. The hotel garden and hiking trials were also a surprising treat. Make sure to book the buffet style breakfast , it has both Japanese and Western style breakfast. The hotels staffs were very professional and helpful in everything. We loved the free shuttle bus to the train/bus station. Definitely recommend to anyone travel to the Lake Kawaguchiko area.

This is a lovely hotel near the lake. Great views of Mount Fuji as the name suggests with a "panorama lounge" for viewing. Unfortunately at sunrise the windows were covered with moisture which impeded the view. The Onsen was great and not busy, at least in the evening. I took the buffet breakfast and enjoyed it. A very nice mixture of food andba great view in the dining room. I arrived in the late afternoon and was disappointed that the only meal available was the traditional Japanese buffet for about $100. The nearby restaurant was closed and the only other option was to take the shttlebus back to town and the take a taxi or walk back. I use a cpap machine and was very surprised and a bit annoyed that there was no electrical outlet near the bed. The good far outweighed the bad but there were a couple of places that could use some improvement.

Beautiful property. I loved relaxing in the onsen. The breakfast buffet was yummy. And the hotel staff also helped me recover my coat that I accidentally left in the room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Lovely hotel with very nice gardens, and stunning views of Mount Fuji from the 6th floor panoramic lounge. A little out of Kawaguchiko but a regular hotel shuttle is provided. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting this area.
