The hotel experience was disappointing overall. The plumbing system was poor, with our toilet clogging multiple times and a persistent smell of sewage or stagnant water in the bathroom. They attempted to mask the odor with an oil burner, but it remained noticeable. Cleanliness was also lacking; we found black hairs in the shower, on the sink, bed, and floor, and despite daily cleaning, the shower hairs were never removed. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and there was no lift—quite a hassle considering many guests, including us, had large suitcases. Carrying our 30kg suitcase down four flights of stairs on the final day was exhausting. The pool area wasn’t much better, as the flooring was painful to walk on. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast due to the high price and instead went to a lovely, affordable brunch spot nearby. To make matters worse, loud music from a nearby strip club disrupted our sleep each night. The only redeeming factor was the central location, but the hotel is in serious need of renovations. Save your money and choose a different place to stay.

The place is nice and secure however the hospitallity when talking with the reception was not nice at all. We traveled with kids and was starting to feel as if they was not welcome.

As soon as we got there, the hotel told us that they didn’t have a room for us, and asked if they could move us to their sister hotel (2 stars). However, they really made up for this. We got multiple perks (massage, free dinner, fruits) and an upgrade to a private cottage once we came back to the resort. The staff really goes above and beyond to provide guests with a good experience! Highly recommend.

I wouldn't be disappointed if it was rated as a one star hotel, however it is rated as 4 stars!!!!. Its absolutely filthy and not as the images at all on expedia. I have spoke to expedia as I was so disappointed with the false advertisement. The image look nothing like what the state of the hotel is in now. I am so disappointed as we travelled to Krabi to specifically stay in what we thought would be paradise. However, it was quite the opposite. It was dirty and lack of health and safety. I would say this is one above a hostel. 1. The hotel room was filthy, the toilet and drains smelt so bad. I changed the toilet sit during our stay as it was stained with filth (only after I complained). There was even old contact lenses behind the bathroom sink. (images attached) 2. The pool is run down and the water is filthy, broken sharp tiles. No luxury at all. (images attached) 4. The outdoor shower is more of a hazard and filthy than anything. The drains were blocked ad filthy (images attached) 5. The jacuzzi bath flushed out filthy water. And continued to do so So there was no where to feel clean. (images attached) 6. I had a problem with my debit card which I had paid for the hotel on and the first day after my daughter and I travelled there in 45 degree heat, they basically were on top of me threatening for me not to stay if I didnt figure out my ba
