Always love to stay here. Clean convenient great views. Love it. The breakfast can be hit and miss. When its good its excellent. Always predictable in being good.

Liked it was close to tradefair, eateries and nice river walk. Didn’t like $100 per night deposit for bar fridge in room. If you cant trust people then we Should have the option to have bar removed from room.

My partner and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived till the day we left everything was perfect. The lovely lady at the checking, the housekeeping, the lovely staff at the restaurant, maintenance staff, concierge and all other staff that we came across in the elevator were very friendly, cheerful and happy to help. Our room was clean and well appointed and had a cozy feeling. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Although our room was facing the motorway, it was very quiet and we had no issues sleeping. The bathroom was nice, spacious and clean. After reading a few reviews about issues with the cleaning, I was a bit reluctant. I believe the management does take on board all the feedback as the housekeeping did a great job at cleaning our room. The breakfast was great and there were lots of options to choose from. They even had a fruit juicer, which is something I didn't come across before. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne!! Thank you team @ Pan Pacific 😊

Amazing stay. So easy to get to, theres a taxi ring outside, the dfo is right next to it, so shops galore. There is a restaurant inside the hotel with amaxing food. Overall best stay ive had in Melbourne. Crown is a 5 minute walk away too which was convenient

Amazingly convenient for shopping and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating for me, my wife and 5yo child. They also threw in upgrades and free hot chocolate and activity books for our daughter

This place was amazing on all levels in every way. Apart from the guy that run the front desk at breakfast he was rude and bluntly lied continuously in front of many guests.

Room was great, hotel was nice. Service was severely lacking all around.

The car parking was a major issue on Sunday as Montague Street backlog meant a half hour wait to get into the precinct. Pity the motel didn’t advise that the long weekend is one of the busiest of the year with things on at Jeff’s Shed. Had to resort to the valet parking at an extra $65 Would only stay again if using public transport. Booked a twin room with only one robe and slippers, needed more of a pillow choice, no blankets/extra bedding supplied. Otherwise staff excellent, property very clean. breakfast was a lovely surprise.

Convenient location was great. Overall, the staff were amazing, but the staff at Dock 37 were rather rude.

A beautiful hotel with impeccable customer service. All the staff went over and beyond to assist. All with a smile. The room overlooked the gorgeous river and city lights which was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic. A short walk to the city centre as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

As usual beautiful stay, place is immaculate. Bath was the best! Would be good to see bottled water in rooms.

No amenities in room including shower jel and shampoo, nothing except soap. Booked club room but lounge was not opened 7:30 for breakfast.

Overall it is fine.
