Husband and I booked last minute for a mini getaway and we're very satisfied with our stay! Every staff member we came into contact with we're extremely courteous. The rooms were cute, quiet and comfortable! As other reviews mention, it does have a humid smell, but I only noticed right at first (May affect someone with breathing issues? Not sure) It is peak heat in Florida and near a beach, so it's understandable. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

I made a reservation for a handicapped accessable room and was told that the hotel wouldn't honor that and I could take it up with management when they got to work in the morning. I left before "management" got to work in the morning. I was given a room that was difficult at best to get into. It's a good thing my brother wasn't traveling alone with a broken leg. Because I literally had to kick the door to get it to open... This place is a dive at best and the staff are of the same caliber.

Floors were dirty in the room so much so that it would make your socks look like you were outside. They must’ve had a roof issue at some point because there was a dehumidifier on each floor and the smell of some chemical was very strong.

I hate reviews because you never know what determines a bad stay for others. I was on a 2 day stay while my daughter attended a basketball camp. This place was GREAT! Literally EVERY food chain was in close distance as well as shopping options. The staff was super nice, the room was clean - DESPITE still having carpet. Don’t give it a second thought, book this room!

Overall was an ok experience. When booking the room I loved the fact that the room came with a free crib. This way my baby was going to be comfortable and safe while sleeping. To our surprise when we got there it was a false advertisement. NO CRIB!!! For our 1 yr old to sleep. We had to spent $70+ dollars to get her a portable crib. Of course we would have brought ours, but the reservation said TWICE that it included the crib. Front desk just responded with a cold sorry, nothing else, even when we show them the reservation’s highlights. This was very disappointing. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Potatoes were undercooked. No options to drink as the juice dispenser had 4 options from which only “two” were working, but only one had juice, the other one was labeled “apple juice” but no juice. There was no other option that cranberry juice. Room was clean (a bit dusty) but manageable. Toiletries were so small that not even a short haired person could have wash their hair. The only thing we got to enjoyed was the indoor pool, as it was clean and water was perfect. But unfortunately taking everything else into consideration it wasn’t worth the money we spent. Of course we made it work but when you go on a family get away you expect no more than what at least was promised.

Black mold in rear right of unit 222. Customer service said they didn't have the authority to assist and asked if the mold was acceptable for just a one night stay.

Property need renovation

Lots of stray cats that were driving my dog crazy!! Also no exterior doors worked with the keys. So you had to use very slow elevator. Tv was not great either. 25 channels and no guide or channel listing in the room. Nice that many restaurants were there and helpful staff !

Although our room (and I believe the entire hotel) is non-smoking, our room smelled intensely of cigarette smoke upon arriving. My wife developed a terrible headache. Besides this, the stay was fine. Breakfast downstairs was good as far as free hotel breakfasts go.

Remote controls did not work. Breakfast was good.

I made reservations with hotel.com. La Quinta had pay cash. Hotels.com won’t answer my email. Kay at La Quinta has authorized hotels.com to refund my card and charge La Quinta. $98 isn’t something you just toss away.

We had a king room with a hot tub in it. Everything was great. The front desk staff was good especially the over night guy. Room was nice. Shower pressure was amazing. Bed was comfortable.

Room was Grubby and had an odor. The guy behind the counter was rude, and had a terrible body odor. You would think, working with the public that you would present yourself in a fashionable manner.

Nite shift lady was very nice

We had about 8-10 families stay for travel ball this weekend and it was a great experience. Although the smell from the inside pool the rooms were clean, the staff( especially Barb) was so friendly and helpful and I would totally stay again if we play in the area again.
