It was a lovely resort. You need to get there early for the pool since there was so many families who reserve spots and are never seen there. And if you’re self parking, the machine doesn’t read your card so we got stuck there until an attendant came out. But overall, clean resort and would definitely stay again

Basic hotel and definitely not a five star hotel . I cannot realize why they assume that this hotel is a five star . No toiletries and amenities ! Indifferent staff . You have nowhere to park your car so you need to pay a fortune every day

Quick over tight trip to Disney. Hilton Bonnet Creek is our favorite place to stay. Super clean and love the pool.

The stay was overall very nice. The hot water stopped running after 1a. So taking a shower after a night out proved fruitless. Also, the lobby bar opened late and closed quite early for a Friday and Saturday evening. The outside experience was fun and the food was great - just minor issues.

We frequent this hotel and it is always great. We love the open lobby with bar and Starbucks cafe/market. Lots of different restaurant options on site. But the pool is what we love the most with the lazy river and poolside service. Our kids loved the DJ and requesting songs from him.

Excellent stay. Lazy river was so much fun for the kids. Movie night at the pool was also nice. Close to the Disney parks. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored more of the beautiful grounds.

Quiet hotel. But watch for large conventions, it takes away from the ambience. Not a super family friendly hotel.

There is no windows that you can open so there is no fresh air

Everything was great! The associates at the front desk who helped me at check in and during my stay were amazing! However, the associates at the front desk the morning I checked out were not very nice at all and borderline rude. Otherwise, perfect stay!!

Great Hotel!

Meeting family at hotel, stayed 1 night. I knew I’d be paying top dollar for a disney property hotel. Pulled up and had a choice of $40 self park or $50 valet, I chose valet. Guy took my bags and said he’d give it to the bellman. $5 tip t

Our stay was amazing, the lazy river was a plus (although I wish we had more time to enjoy it) and they even have a water slide. The free shuttle ride to and from all the Disney parks was also great. We were the last one to get picked up from Disney Hollywood Studios and they called it a rescue pick up to ensure we got back safely to our hotel. The driver waited for us until all our parties were on board which I thought was another amazing thing. The hotel was very modern, beautiful and clean. My family and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Kids loved the lazy river pool & I loved how great the servers were around the pool

Had a good shuttle service to Disney Parks and Disney Springs. Disney Springs is 10mins drive away there is lots of places to eat and shop. Any other parks Universal etc you have to use Uber or yellow cabs, Uber is the cheapest option, Unless hire a car. Location is convenient.

Great hotel and lovely lazy river

We come to visit this amazing place at least once or twice a year just to take a break. I must say, this is the first time in eight or nine years that we did not thoroughly enjoy our stay. We are giving it a three star rating because the employees were all wonderful. In a nutshell, the first room that we received was stinky… We couldn’t figure out the odor so we asked for a different room. We couldn’t get a room right away, so we came back after an hour and a half lunch, but we still could not secure a room. At that time, there were only two people manning the front desk and tons of people waiting in line. We finally got into our room and it was very nice. Once we got in there we noticed that all of the bath amenities were near empty except for one —we had requested a couple of other amenities and towels, but never received them. We noticed also that there was no ice bucket or ice bag in the room. A few other things… We always look forward to the harvest bistro breakfast buffet, which was advertised at $28 online. When we got the bill we were charged $34 apiece. We always enjoy the fires upstairs during the evening near the bar area, but none of them were lit, and when we ask for them to be lit, no one ever showed up. We went to the Beech restaurant and had great food, but noticed only one girl waiting on all the tables that we could see. She was doing fantastic, but it made for slower service. Water filling stations were empty for hours by the pool. Just disappointing.

This is one of our favorite hotels and we stay here every year. The pool and restaurants are great!

Beautiful atmosphere

Only issue I saw compared to when I was there 3 years ago was cleanliness of pool. This recent trip didn’t have as many storms it seemed. Either way it wouldn’t stop me from staying there in the future
