The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The sink would not drain in our first room so they moved us. The air conditioner and the second room did not blow very cold, and the floor in the bathroom was dirty around the edges.

Pool was dirty, tv didn’t initially work, but service was good and staff was quick to help.

Our stay started bad since we walked in. As soon as we walked in it was very hot and humid. I am unsure if there was any A/C on in the common areas. The room we got assigned to would not open, we got moved to another room and i was not impressed. since it was so hot we turned the A/C only to find out that the A/C rattled like a generator. We were so tired that we just didn't want to switch rooms again so we just turned off the A/C. Never staying here again.

Beds were comfortable room had lot of room. Pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub could use another step to get in and out because it’s a pretty big drop. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Only issue we had was trying to get extra towels and they didn’t have any available but we made it work.

The area was fine but the beds and pillows and linens were not great. Also very noisy even after midnigjt.

We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was amazing.

Everything was perfect.

We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting family. The location and ease of access is one main reason. Another is there full service breakfast bar. Will definitely stay again when in the atea

Overall the stay was great. I didn't like that the pool didn't have a bathroom in it. The pool towels were always empty.

This hotel was very convenient and right off the highway. Great prices too! It made it very easy to get to shopping places, restaurants, golf, etc. from there. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good and had a nice selection of items to choose from. The rooms aren’t the nicest. We had a king suite and it was a great size but the carpets were old, some stains and our lamp shade was broken just hanging there. Couch and chair were not comfortable and very worn. Bathrooms were clean but the sink area is super small for more than one person. The bed was not comfortable mattress seemed sunken in and very old. It wasn’t awful by any means but it could have been nicer. The main thing was it was clean, convenient location, nice staff, good free breakfast and nice food choices close by to get meals. I will also note the guest next door had a dog and I did not Know they allowed animals which would of been fine we like dogs but this dog barked every time The door opened or closed when his owners were gone. It wasn’t bad enough to move rooms but next time I will ask before I get a room by someone who has a pet.

Check in went quick but the room they gave us was already occupied by a large group of people. Got our second room and for a non-smoking room it smelled like smoke pretty bad. We dealt with it. In the room the setup was nice, little tv area and then a separated sleeping area. The bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean. The couch and extra chair in the room were beyond worn out. We just sat up in bed instead of using the other furniture so no big deal. The A/C kept the room cool but randomly started making loud ticking noises and then other strange noises which would wake us up. Bath/Shower looked pretty rough but shower pressure and temp were good. Overall not a horrible place but will look elsewhere in the future. Between the smoke smell and the a/c it was not a very pleasant stay. We should have got another room but we had already switched once and were tired so we just dealt with it. Location was nice, front desk staff was courteous and quick so maybe we just had a bad experience.

Really nice hotel; very spacious room

I called the day I was checking in 6/11. One reason was to inform I’d have a late checkin. Other reason was to ask for a room on any floor OTHER than the 1st floor. Female on phone said yes, no problem. My reservation was paid for. When I got there, nicest person ever, Sharae, checked me in. She had just started her shift at 11PM. She notice my room was indeed on the 1st floor. Sharae did not receive communication from person I spoke with. My room couldn’t be changed as the hotel was booked. Sharae is seriously an asset to your hotel. She was so kind, apologetic for something that wasn’t her fault. Thank you to Sharae. Maybe the person who was on shift right before Sharae should be told to follow through with customer requests.

Our king suite was clean, & spacious but the bathroom was small. Also could use overhead lights in the bed area or a retractable screen between bed & sofa area.

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was friendly, and my room was kept clean over the several days I spent there. The breakfast was similar to other hotels, but it was fine; the food was good and the area kept clean.

Very nice place to stay, the woman that checked me was incredibly friendly! The parking availability is a bit lacking, but not a deal breaker in any way.
