Overall experience was extremely unsatisfactory. Although check-in went exceptionally well, the cleanliness of my room was deplorable. Upon entering I noticed a dead cockroach on the floor. After further inspection, the sheets were stained, the comforter had a hole, and the bedskirt looked old. The only reason I continued my stay was due to being here for a family event and hotels nearby did not have availability. I have stayed at Comfort Suites in varying states and never have I had an unpleasant experience. These rooms need a deep cleaning to ensure each room meets the expectations of their guests.

This place was horrible. Heater and air unit made a loud noise, sheets didn’t look like they were washed , NO HOT WATER and no water pressure and NO CLEAN SCENT when entering the room. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!

There is Pothole at the entrance which cause damage to my vehicle tire. This needs to be repaired ASAP!

The beds are entirely not acceptable.
My wife and I are not large people but these beds are tiny and not comfortable.
I find it unbelievable a hotel could think they are even remotely acceptable.
I will never stay at one of these hotels ever again

Over all the stay was nice just we had our sheets that were still a little dirty in arrival but over all the breakfast was great and we slept comfortably and there is a amazing Mexican grill 4 min away that was amazing it has a hospital in front and a Walgreens a seven eleven and other convenient stores near by 40 min to Virginia Beach

Only one elevator worked. We requested maid service 3 days in a row before they finally came.on the 3rd day. Breakfast items inconsistent daily... half and half only available day one of 5 day stay. Next day no coffee...next no pastry..next no juice. And stopped serving promptly at 9am on Sat. And Sunday. Only one sraff member seemed to be willing to help. Will not ever return.

Not so good no one at the desk for checking in. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. No linen service the next day. We were told that we had to request linen service 24 hours in advance. Only a two day stay. Not happy at all with Confort inn.

Was very disappointed that the pool was dirty and the hot tub was down. Towels and toiletries was not dropped off or refilled throughout the day. Overall stay was good to sleep in. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The Hotel needs to be cleaned and the towels and wash clothes need to be cleaned as well. The Hotel needs the carpets and couches cleaned.

The property for me was not the issue. Booked via orbitz due to urgency, for a two night stay. Realized that I might have Choice reward program and upon checking found I did and that I was charged more than 160.00 when the Choice web site offers for the second night was 111.00. Conclusion: a search engine should be used only to search, due diligence is needed after that to ensure consumer safety.

Service was ok by the staff, our room was clean but smelled like mold or wet.
The hot tub was not working or the ice machine on the 2nd floor. Therefore it was ok.

I stayed for one night (thank goodness) with two kids. The front desk checking in was friendly and helpful. Once in the room the air conditioning was not working and it was hot. I even set the temperature to 60 which did not help. I would have changed rooms but it was already 11pm with little kids. There was something sticky on the floor between the beds. The bathroom tub was stained and the door did not even lock nor did it shut completely. Breakfast was to be expected taste wise but the coffee was the worst I have had; I couldn't even drink it. The service for breakfast started cleaning a fee mins early and blocked the sections off. I will not stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

Shower didn't drain. Shower head was not adjustable and always pointed straight down. Stains in the carpet. Gym all machines were broken except the treadmill. Pool windows were not shaded and can be seen from the parking lot. Staff was not helpful in resolving issues from the first day when mentioned.

Very friendly staff. Great spacious room. Awesome breakfast included. Only 1 of 2 elevators functional , 2 of 3 fitness machines broken, hot tub also broken. Definitely a great place to stay if not needing those amenities. Very good, safe location.
