The power went out in the local area due to a storm, I couldn't check in. Nobody's fault, act of nature. The management was gracious and refunded my payment.Thank you!

Was going to leave a good review after staying here all week, but the guy behind the desk kept my deposit.I called to request a late check out ( he gave me 15 min)...most places give their guests til Noon but either way I complied but because i didnt get to front desk until 3:19 ( I was in 319...3rd floor all the way at opposite end of the building....so They just lost my business. He shouldve have been more clear . also the previous night a gentleman was standing out front complaining about all the bed bugs he found so be mindful of that as well.---

It smelled like musty booty in my room

When I checked into the hotel the lady in the front desk was not very welcoming and came off rude. The room that we got was not like the pictures of the website at all. It smelt bad and the towels were very dirty looking. When I booked the room I accidentally booked a smoking room so I’m not sure if that’s why the room looked very outdated and uglier than the picture but either way the room I booked was displayed as smoking and the picture was not at all what we stayed in. I was very disappointed with our experience all together.

Not so good as compared to my other stays with hotels. Ice machine didn’t work on 2nd floor. Instructions for ac weren’t visible (behind things on shelf). Breakfast was cereal and coffee. Only thing was good they had ceiling fans. Couldn’t read the digits on the thermostat so I have no idea what the temp was set on. I will not be back to this location.

The whole place smells horrible. The manager and staff are not at all friendly. The breakfast was awful just cereal and an open pound of bread. And the pool closed, due to not having a permit.

Ok so, A typically room is a microwave...maybe a fridge if your lucky. But when purchasing a room specifically requesting a full sized, stove, and microwave...for the higher price as it should be. Then it would atleast be that. But no, the stove wasn't just dirty it was 100% unusable. The refrigerator was very small not even a small one with a separate small freezer on top. It had sitting water at the bottom and of it so had to throw out some food because of it being to small and others beigggg ruinedg from possible bacteria seeing it was set to 0° was hot and moist inside. Was told before giving a key do not rebook I wouldn't get my money back and would be refused after paying $100 for a service dog which I've never had to pay for before. Was told the last customer was terrible therefore it's my fault and I would be even worse pretty much. Zero reason the last customer is my issue CLEAN THE DARN ROOM! It literally was reading 89° on the thermostat when I entered took absolutely forever to cool. The microwave did not work, warned something for 45 minutes and it was barely warm. Refused to help figure out a way for me to be able to eat, there was no tv remote and took a day in a half and constant calling just to get one. I had to be rude just to be told I can use the microwave in the breakfast room after a day and a half. I also used my own cleaning supplies to clean the room and my bleach white towel was literally two shades away from black. Sticky stuff all on my bread etc!!

Just to begin with it is a super 8 so I wasn't expecting a 5 star. I can say that it was not a speedy check in and the pictures on the site absolutely did not match the actual room. The elevator was janky, we caught a contact high walking to our room and when we got into our room it literally smelled like bounce that ass and was hotter then a sauna. After I disinfected my room because...wow...I sat on my bed and nearly sunk in through the bed to Freddy Kruegers layer..so I couldn't sleep. Probably one of the worst stays I have ever had in Houston!

Check in asked for a cash deposit! Entire desk surrounded by security glass. Quizzed extensively about having a pet and extra people in the room and there was only two of us! Terrible breakfast. AVOID

The customer service was horrible the room was not clean there was pink stuff in the tub look like someone spit in the sink 0-10 I don’t recommend

The property is ok so far as appearance when it came to the stuff in the room it wasn’t working the microwave wasn’t working and when I explained that and to see if they could move me rooms there response was the same that they will unlock there lunch room to use that one not to mention I had a lil infant with me nobody was going to go back and forward to the bottom floor just to warm up bottles and food back to back other then that the plugs wasn’t working this is the only downfall I had at super 8 other then that the place is ok just hope they handle the situation correctly next time because that’s bad business

This hotel’s is not cleaned , roaches are around in the room, breakfast is not upto the standard Wyndham standard . More issue is with the staff , the male manager was so rude and said whatever we paid that much we should expect and prices are not decided by customers it’s with hotel and their company. So misbehaved hotel personnel I have never seen. Should be escalated to Wyndham and take strict action against him

Check in was not friendly and they charged a $50 deposit that was not mentioned when booking online. Fortunately, it was returned after checking out and they went to check the room. The breakfast was a joke. Didn't check out the pool. The room was good, roomy, clean, everything worked fine, good lighting, ac, ceiling fan, micro\fridge, and a large, stiff bed with thin pillows. Didn't like the adjoining room door, but never heard another guest. Asked for a top floor room but got a ground floor room. Traffic noise was there, but could be drowned out by the ac. Good parking. Also a good location less than 10 minutes from the airport. Price was also good for our one night stay. Would return.

Very close to the airport, desk in room so was able to work. But both the pool and gym were unavailable and breakfast was essentially cereal, sliced bread, and coffee, so wish there was a little more variety.
