L’accoglienza è stata pessima. Ci era stata garantita la navetta da/per l’aeroporto ma non c’è stata ne ci è stata rimborsata dall’hotel. Non è stato possibile fare colazione perché apriva dopo la nostra partenza e non era possibile comprare neanche una bottiglia di acqua. Il consierge non ascoltava quello che chiedevamo perché doveva giocare con il telefono e ha creato un misunderstanding con i tassisti.

The room was clean, just missed a trash can. No way of throwing trash out. Other than that the room was ok.
The walls are very thin. You can hear a lot of what’s going on in the surrounding rooms.

Nevím za co. S tím rozhodně nesouhlasím. To nebylo ve smlouvě. Žadám refundaci této částky zpět na můj účet !!!

The front desk was very helpful and kind I was so tired and she offered me a bottle of water.
Breakfast was ok but need more variety of fruit and cooked oat meal

Close to Airport.
Everything , the hotel is poorly run. Questionable area of Houston, especially late at night. We were asked to give a $60.00 cash deposit for incidentals, when the room was prepaid. Never have had to leave cash, they return the cash to us when we checked out. Shady people staying at the hotel. We had our door kicked in the middle of the night, which caused a scare. Would not stay here again.

The location.
The service is TERRIBLE no one is never at the front desk.. I waiting almost 10 mins for someone to come greet me and check me in and not only where they I’m the back but she was on a personal call ..The next morning I requested for towel and when I and the family got back from swimming and there was no towel in the room no one came to clean up and she same lady who was on another personal call explained that there was no towels available..

To be honest I didn’t like nothing.
The smell, the room didn’t feel 100 percent clean. The staff was a little rude and loud.
I didn’t like that they take $60 off you for each room you when checking, plus the hotel payment.
I definitely never going back to this place.
To top it off the tv didn’t work, when I told them they said I had to fix it myself. There was no iron in the room when I asked for it they said my room came without one. I was just sooo disappointed with everything.

spacious, looks like pictures you just get what you pay for.
rusty and moldy bathroom. towels different shades of white and not much attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. had an old/wet smell.

the Indian front desk clerk is very rude! Poor customer service on the phone and in person! If you don’t like your job can’t speak or understand English well then maybe Customer Service/Front Desk Clerk is not for you

Our flight was delayed and we missed the last connecting flight of the day. While in the baggage pick up, I looked up on line for a nearby hotel with availability and hotel shuttles. I could book Wingate.for a quick night stay. When we got our baggages, I called Wingate and asked where to meet the shattle. The person told me the terminal name and door number. We took a tram to said terminal in 10 minutes. Before we found the door, the driver called my cell and helped me find him. It went very well and I thank them for that.
When we got to your hotel after a very long, stressful day, there was no staff at the reception desk. I rang the bell after a minute and stood there for a few more minutes. One of the staff came in after a while, talking on her cell phone (I think she was talking to a customer). After at least 5 minutes, she apologized for a long call and proceeded to check us in. While she was looking at the screen, she reached and start eating the rest of so called her dinner takeout. My husband and I just looked at each other with a sigh.

Was very surprised that my confirmation with Wingate on 4 March was cancelled without notice. And I was forced to look for another hotel as alternative and having to travel from San Antonio.
Very disappointed as this is the first time I experienced throughout the many hotels stayed during my 3 weeks trip
