Friendly stuff, good location, nice places to sit in the lobby, great breakfast!
The hot water and coffee in the all day coffee corner wasn't hot enough in the evening. But the verity of coffee/tea options is wide.
Rooms are clean, and the shower had great water pressure and high quality shampoo, conditioner and soaps.
We enjoyed our stay and will come back when will be in the area.

Room was great. Food great plenty of choices. Cool at night hot in the day. We turned the heat on and the smell of burning dust caused the smoke alarm to blow loud 3 times scared the ba-gee-beees outta me.

Just comparing to other properties, there wasn’t as warm a welcome. Additionally no digital key option nor digital checkout. When I went to checkout nobody was at the front desk - only a sign indicating that they would be back. Not a huge inconvenience but frustrating when I get an email of my revertir and cannot check out from the app.

The lady at the desk told us the hot and cold is reversed in the shower, and we were cool with that. Next morning we decided to take a shower and noticed, no matter which side you turn it on, the hot water never comes out. Terrible experience because we desperately needed a bath.

The cable tv absolutely sucked, I know that’s not really important in the grand scheme, but you guys could stream for much cheaper and way more quality entertainment. Not infomercials or old reruns . There was absolutely nothing to watch!

Loved that it had TCM on the TV. But, I've stayed at 6 Hampton Inns in the past 5 weeks, and all had free water bottles at the front desk, and early evening cookies. Just a simple thing, but make you remember them. I asked that girl at the desk and she said no cookies and the water was for gold and diamond members only. First time I've heard that!
