Room next to us was up screaming and playing music from 230am to 6am. I complained multiple times to the front desk being told “well this is a hotel and the walls are thin” When I asked if we could switch rooms I was told they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be loud and I would have to pay the $50 pet fee again. The people in the room next door laughed everytime they got a call from the front asking to quiet down. The front desk never knocked on the door or spoke with them face to face. Nothing was done to remedy this situation for us besides the phone calls which they ignored. Never will stay here again or in a Hampton Inn

When we first got to our room there was vomit in the floor beside the bed. They promptly changed rooms and were very nice and apologetic.

We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we return to the Canton area. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Has a Peloton bike in the fitness area. Nice stairs -not the typical cement dark stairway of many hotels.

My mom and I needed a queen accessible room so we could celebrate her birthday with family nearby. This was a great location near everything and the staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool area with a few family members. The room was very spacious and clean. It did not have a step-in bath, which would have been nice, but mom was able to get around easily with her walker.

The tv controls were terrible, worst we’ve ever encountered. Shut off during the middle of programs & you couldn’t get back on. Also the phone wasn’t connected to the actual base, the connection was broke, if it had been cleaned they would’ve noticed it.

I found the staff at this Hampton in Canton, Ohio to be very friendly and helpful. My room and the common areas were both clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had a lot of variety to it and was quite tasty.

A perfect 10 all around! Cookies and snacks at check in, a very comfortable bed and everything was in working condition. Breakfast had good choices and was plentiful. Friendly staff. The best hot tub I have ever been in. Whats not to like? You should stay here.

Convenient location off of the highway. Check in was great, the hotel was clean, and the room was very nice. You could tell that they had put some effort into upgrading the hotel. The breakfast was good and the gym was surprisingly nice with a full set of dumbells and even a peloton.
