The breakfast had many options and were good and plentiful.

We came on a weekend when only one member of the cleaning staff showed up for work. One of our rooms was actually pretty nasty in the bathroom and around the stand between the beds. Also several items were behind the tv stand that should have been removed. I believe we should have been compensated for being placed in a dirty room that we had to clean ourselves.

There is no elevator on this property. I had my two small grandbabies. So we could not stay there. I need a refund. And probably will not get one. They also have double booked rooms.

my room wasn’t clean when I first entered. Was given another room. Breakfast cold and not that good.

The staff in the morning was rude and talked about residents to other residents. I was extremely insulted.

After walking up 3 flights of stairs, the cards I was given to unlock my room #304 didn't work. I walked back downstairs and was given 2 more cards. I walked back up 3 flights of stairs only to find out they didn't work either. The desk clerk came upstairs as I was trying it. She said they had been having problems with that room and was giving us a different room, #309. She unlocked it and said she would bring us cards for that room. We went in and the light switch didn't work. After a short time, I walked back down stairs to get the cards to my new room. Overall, the room was pleasant, however, the floor of the shower made terrible cracking noises when you stood in there. I understand the hotel is under new management, and it will take time to get everything in order. I only send this in to help. I would stay here again. Thanks for asking my opinion.

Room was clean with good air conditioning

No elevator. Dirty refrigerator. No ice available. Hardly any vending. One choice of pop in machine. Only 2 towels for 2 adults, 2 nights. Called for an extra pillow and toothbrush to never receive. Very unhappy with this hotel.

The breakfast was terrible I went down there they had may be a spoon full of potatoes and no eggs no bread no muffins no nothing I had to turn the bagel machine on I had to turn the toaster‘s on I had to turn the waffle maker on and then there was no syrup for the waffle the only thing that was good was the coffee it was terrible

The first day I got there the television didn’t work the second day I got there they didn’t fix the television until 6 PM I had no television for two days of my stay. The toilet seat was broke off the toilet the whole time I was there I told them the soon as I got into the room that the toilet seat was broke off they never fixed it. No television no toilet seat and breakfast was terrible all you had to eat I got two yogurts in a cup of coffee everything else was gone by 7:30 in the morning and they never really stop the breakfast bar.

The most uncomfortable bed EVER. I was counting down the time for morning to be here so we could leave. I almost slept in my van but I was worried my elderly father would worry. Speaking of elderly, had no idea no elevator and we was on the top floor.

The property didn’t have any elevators. The ice machine isn’t Peking and there was so much noise on our floor but there’s no one at the front desk to complain to

By the time we got down for breakfast, which was around 8 AM on a Monday morning the scrambled eggs and bacon were all gone. The danish and bread/English muffins were all gone. There were two apples in the fruit basket and there was waffle batter available if you chose to make a waffle. The coffee pot was empty. Needless to say we chose to go out for breakfast.

The hotel itself is very outdated. It could use some sprucing up and I did not realize there was no elevator which made it very Inconvenient because we were on the third floor which meant we had to carry our bags up three flights of steps.

There is no elevator or pool in this hotel. Very basic. The breakfast options were not very appealing and an hour into the serving time almost everything was empty.

Not quality for price. More like a $50 anight hotel instead of $156. When I entered the room the light switch didn't work. Good thing an employee was in the hallway or I would have had to enter a dark room.

Location was ok and the lady at front desk was very nice and helpful.

Had to change rooms twice. Bathroom issues in the first room. Second room had had carpet cleaned and smelled bad. Third room was just ok. The lady at front desk was very helpful tho and helped us with our luggage each time.

Old and run down. We were there for four nights, and the room was supposed to be cleaned every third night---never happened. Went to the breakfast area an hour before it was supposed to close the first two mornings, and the first morning there was nothing left. The second morning a staff member was putting everything away when we arrived, again, an hour before it was supposed to end. TV worked intermittently. Also the back security door did not lock most of the time. Pretty low end place to stay.
