Location was good 8 min drive from all the major activities

Check in a messed, house keeper forgot to refill shampoo and body wash after cleaning the vacant room, then we came sis check in and front desk lady didn’t even knew what she was doing, I ask for another night she said was done and guest what? It wasn’t so the lady next day fixed all! I won’t come back

Bad communication from the start led to me having to do some of what is naturally paid for when someone books a room of this caliber. Paying for a two night stay and not being told that hotel staff doesn't address any cleaning or towels replacement until we would check out is absurd. Not being told this from the start led to a lot of frustration in having to find my own towels and reset the room myself. So what did I pay for exactly? I don't think it would be unreasonable to ask for a refund of 50% since I basically did the work of the hotel staff on my own. Why not tell me that your understaffed and won't be addressing any issues? That is the crux of the problem here and if you're going to have the guests work like employees, then it obviously requires me to be compensated like one.

Room was large but the tiles in the bathroom area are all completely loose and the bathroom sink didn’t drain well

Considering the price, it was an excellent stay. Clean room. Quiet location. Near the beach and pier park!

booked our room at a last night decision and the price was great that we couldn’t pass up! the room was perfect! it was quiet no loud disturbances. would absolutely stay there again)

LaShayla at the Front Desk was a Godsend. She was very attentive to our special needs at check-in and made what was headed to disaster to manageable. She was able to access the situation and offer solutions to assist.

Enjoyed our stay. Just wish the construction on Panama parkway could be finished. Way too much congestion. But hotel was great.

Shayla's smile and enthusiasm in greeting us made our day after a long drive. She was very friendly, courteous, and helpful in explaining the $20 deposit. She was able to get us checked in within 5 minutes and told us about the swimming pool hours. Shayla is definitely an asset to Hampton.

All around great stay. We stayed a few nights (my teen and I). Great service, the breakfast options were varied and of good quality (much to my surprise, tbh). Situated in a good area with lots to do. The beach is a quick drive up the road where you'll find public parking that's always with plenty of vacancy. The only reason for the lack of five stars: Ants highly prevalent on the nightstand come evening hours (we handled ourselves of course, but it wasn't pleasant to build this into a nightly practice on vacation lol). The tile in the bathroom was broken and elevated and my teen nicked her foot first night (no big, no blood or anything; we rectified by putting the floor mat over it during our stay and let hotel staff know about it at checkout). The morning of checkout we caught the elevator with a couple of cleaning staff members who were venting about having to clean rooms in the middle of the hotel's bed bug infestation... It was uncomfortable and we couldn't get out of the elevator (and checkout!) fast enough. Not sure if the bed bug commentary was true or not or just venting grievances, but it was crappy to overhear in the elevator. Otherwise the trip was great. The hotel is situated in a busy area but near a lot of fun stuff to do. Be forewarned, PCB is under construction along its roads! All in all I wouldn't mind returning to this hotel with the family in the future even with the few notes mentioned above. Not every hotel or AirBnb is perfect, we're easy guests. :)

The staff treated me as though they were giving me something because I booked via Expedia. I am a Hilton Honors member, I usually make it a point to stay at Hilton brand hotels because the service is usually top notch. This time was not the case. I was initially told by the front desk that “you likely received a huge discount at our property by booking through a third party, therefore you cannot add this visit to your Hilton Honors account”. This turned out to not be true. Afterwards I received very little to no service. I had to walk to the front desk every time something in the room required replenishment. Even after housekeeping supposedly serviced the room. Towels, soap, toilet paper… you name it, I had to go and get it. I’m ver disappointed in this experience.

07/04/2024 - 07/06/2024 - There was an issue daily with bath towels. We went 24 hours without bath towels. They didn’t have enough towels to restock or when the house keeper cleaned the room. There was only one cook there on the first morning we were there and the breakfast line was long and it was somewhat chaotic. Parking was full with a coach bus taking up about 4 parking spaces and a big truck with a boat attached took up numerous parking spaces as well. About 8 cars including mine had to park in front of the hotel and on the side of the curb near the hotel entrance. The shower water did not remain hot. Traffic on the street is very heavy due to trying to get on the major highway to Pier Park. If you don’t have patience please don’t stay here. Other than that it was a good place to stay for a quick getaway.

The AC did not work. The beds were full of sand right between the blankets and sheets. The bathroom had a strong smell of vomit. The room catpet was all wet.

They never came to clean or changed the sheets for the amount we paid. It wasn’t even full for the 4th of July weekend for the prices we paid.

The water in the sink would not go down &:the staff would not help us, she was on her phone the whole time. We were not happy with the room & service.

The tub did not drain felt like I was at a Days Inn instead of a Hampton Inn and Suites

I loved that the staff was awesome and everyone was friendly including the guest I would love to go again highly recommended

Housekeeping didn’t want to give you towels you had to come down to the front end to ask for towels they clean their room
