Average 3 star hotel, room automation is a good idea. No fresh air, conjusted with ac circulation. My partner tried the breakfast and mentioned it was decent on the first day morning so i decided to try the next day, None of the stewardess understand lical language and i couldn't understand their English, Restaurant tables were empty myself and my partner was asked to wait stating its all reserved and we could go to level 1 to eat and two guys who came behind us had no reservation and she accomodated them, no water glasses were provided on the table. Never went to their breakfast buffet again ! They didn't inform weekends would be louder and we didn't complain though. I wouldn't visit this property again

Great location. Good food. Not accommodative when it came either to spare an umbrella in case of an emergency nor to store some of our baggages in spite of repeated requests and the fact that we were coming back after 6 days to stay agin in the propert for 3 more nights. Couldn’t believe the fact that such a great 5 star hotel did not have enough umbrellas to spare nor a small space of foot print measuring 4 sq ft. Didn’t feel happy. Made us look like beggars.

Once again amazing service at the Residency Towers. One of my regular hotels when visiting Chennai. Close to city centre with a short auto ride. Amazing hospitality and the food.. well where do I start. Amazing breakfast variety which can be customed to your needs. Staff were amazing. Definitely stay again.

Staff and service is not as accommodating and helpful now as per your staff before the pandemic. The quality of food is pretty bad. Same repetition of buffet breakfast as well as dinner

Had a free upgrade from a Family Room to a a suite! This was because all my the Family Rooms were taken.

Property had noisy maintenance activity going on till 6 pm every day. Their Housekeeping and In room Dining staff were excellent. I would however like to highlight a major problem the Hotel put us through on February 23, 2020.The Restaurant offers a big spread in the buffet breakfast. However, my wife is a diabetic on insulin and can eat only a little at a time. She picked up a little of semolina upma and a cup of tea. She called a waiter, informed him of her medical condition, expressed inability to eat beyond a few spoonfuls and asked him for an omelette and 2 pieces of toasted bread to be packed, so that she could save it for later. A few minutes later, the waiter brought the omelette in a plate and told her that he is under instructions of the Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager (Mr. Ashwat) to not let the food be taken out and that she must eat the same within the Restaurant premises. It was humiliating for a diabetes patient to be subjected to this practice.The Supervisor in the F&B quietly watched and did not try to salvage the situation. TOTAL INSENSITIVITY on their part. I summoned the Duty Manager of the Hotel, who accepted that there was fault on part of the Hotel. I left instructions with Mr. Ashwat, when he called me, asking for the General Manager of Residency Towers to speak to me to ensure that no other guest with a medical condition suffers in future. No calls yet. Shows that Residency Towers has no REGRET NOR ANY DESIRE TO RECTIFY ITS REGRESSIVE POLICY.

It was clean but had to wait some time for our rooms. Understand that some floors were under renovation. Besides that everything was good. Breakfast buffet was good.thanks to Mr Ghandi’s wonderful coffee. We liked this hotel except for one thing. Staff are very helpful but not cheerful. When we stayed at GRT Grand Chennai, the staff were mostly cheerful and greeted everyone. Tot that was nice. Nevertheless pls be assured that we did enjoy our stay at your hotel and the staff are helpful.

Most of the Traveller use the room for comfortable and safety. They do not provide flat sheet in-between duevey and the bed cover. Bath tub is w.

Excellent location. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Breakfast has a variety and mix of south indian and continental for everyones taste

I had to relocate my room due to this noise. While the rooms are big, the bathroom could use better lighting. It is kind of dark and the lights there are dim. Service overall was good. at times a bit slow. I think after renovation is completed, the hotel will be in better shape hopefully.
