Good location and clean. Had no issues at all. Just bare in mind they do not serve alcoholic beverages.

Nice place and clean but the design of the building is open floors with the reception some times you can hear too much noise from new arrival guests in the early morning. And from the cleaning staff talking together.

It was a good stay we selected the breakfast option and the buffet was quite good however the attention at the breakfast table was not very good, they were supposed to serve the beverages and clear the table but it was near impossible to get their attention... The rest of the stay was very good, the linens were in very good condition and the room was clean.

Awesome hotel! Super modern and clean. Staff was professional and halped out any way they could. Laundry was turned around in a day. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were big. Beds super comfy.

I think this hotel totally deserves to be called five star + hotel. Amazingly clean, airy, well maintained hotel in the heart of the city. I usually don’t like the carpets because they are very dirty no matter how much they vacuum but this hotel probably renovated it recently, we didn’t feel stuffy nor allergies. Bathrooms were sparkly clean, not a single moldy smell, hotel set their air system well that bathroom never stayed wet long time. Beds were clean and very comfortable, rooms were ventilated nicely, even we could open windows, no noise even though we were right next to a busy road. Rooms had lovely views as well, not to forget to mention a beautiful terrace restaurant at the top level. Hotel staff was extremely welcoming, warm, smiling, genuinely sweet and they definitely made our stay very pleasurable. Here they truly focused on customer service, being a frequent traveler this is very important traits I look for in any hotel, at metropolitan hotel - Ankara they definitely nailed it. Special thanks to Ömer Bey for his fantastic customer service which made our stay so comfortable, even helped us order our food online as we didn’t know and the gesture of lovely welcome fruit plates, we absolutely appreciated. We went for few days but after being comfortable we extended our stay for over 10 days. We will be back when in Ankara thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Very kind employees ready to answer all your questions for a pleasant stay. The rooms and the breakfast where great. Very comfortable beds and an awesome view from the 7th floor. We will visit Metropolitans for sure again! Please keep your quality like this:)

Check in was perfect, rooms are spacious, I took NON smoking room and still had the cigarettes smelling. A/C wasn’t working, they told me that they are putting a new AC unit after the check out. Overall it was ok.

Everything here is really great. The only improvement they can apply is the internet which is really poor for doing business stuff.

The hotel was overall Ok. However there was a weird smell in the whole building. It is coming from the roof (probably caused by hookah).

Amazing, could not have been any more perfect! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit Ankara. Perfect facilities and staff. Customer service was 5 star, as expected. Will soon be returning!

Every thing it’s good but the air conditioning its very bad not gold

The Hotel, was really lovely and the staff really friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The check in took 45 minutes though we arrived at 2:30 afternoon and the hotel was almost empty. The receptionist told us that he could not find two rooms in the same floor as we requested being a family. My room had its air conditioner not working and room temperatures was above 27 . I spoke to the reception four times during that measurable night while the answer was the same “ I will send the technician to check out “ . In the morning I went again to the receptionist this time she was a lady and was well understanding and polite and took out my anger and promised to solve the issue shortly and she did. Second night was ok . The location of the hotel is good. If I rate this hotel I will give it two or maximum 3 stars . The money paid is too high against the services provided
