Me & my wife were exploring the Tamil Nadu staying at The Residency & The Tower. It was very unique times & moments in the hotel as well as the staff & workers!

The room didn’t match the price I.e., it wasn’t quite good. And also, there was a construction work going on right next to me. I wasn’t even notified of it when I was checking in neither they changed to a different level. The stay during the day was unpleasant. But the staff was responsive and friendly.

I was provided room second floor. Ceiling very low ‘ smells, very noisy throughout the day and night. Air condition is very loud

My key card did not work properly and it took 2 days to fix. SInk was clogged and they never fixed it. Registration desk was sloppy and unresponsive largely. Very old, dated hotel.
Most importantly, Expedia did NOT indicate clearly that this was a 4-start and not a 5-star hotel. That was the biggest flub.

It was amazing. The area was where I grew up and to be able to walk around and enjoy it after several decades was awesome! Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It is going to be my choice of place to stay from now onwards!

We stayed with a family of 3 for Five nights and the stay was extremely enjoyable. The breakfast they served had good variety of choices and the service of the staffs were very pleasing. I would strongly recommend this property and we would love to come again.

I have stayed at this hotel once before for six days. I was totally impressed. That’s why I booked again after 5 years.
But this time due to the road works and drainage works outside the hotel made my stay and access absolutely painful.

The room was clean and spacious. However, there were some renovations going on there noise disturbance through out my stay. One morning i woke to drilling sound in the floor above me and they didn't stop for more than one hour inspite of repeated compliants.

It is amazing. Very neat and clean rooms, Dinining facilities are also wonderful. worth for money. Staffs are also service oriented and frindly. Wish to visit again

Towels and Bed linen were Spotless and Crisp
Breakfast was Sufficient with amole variety including fresh juices hot items like Dosa Puri Paratha and eggs

Rooms were nice and clean. Service was a bit slow. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. Good stay for a couple of days.

I was recommended by a friend to stay @ The Residency.Likes: Pleasant staffs, room scv requests were quick, beds & pillows were comfy. Dislikes: Not all channels on TV were available to watch. Toilet floor are slippery when its wet & it doesnt dry fast enough. There arent any tissue boxes for usage apart fr the toilet rolls. Despite having shower curtains, water still makes it way through to the basin floor area. There are no bedroom slippers available in the room.

I stayed there for 9 nights with my family. Overall the experience was good, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location etc. My request for the connected rooms was also satisfied after first night.

The Residency is an awesome place to stay and is located so closely to the shopping areas. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. The staffs are very helpful and service oriented. This is my 10th time staying at the same hotel. They give the feel of home and I highly recommend this hotel.
