Good choice for a night when passing through. We did have internet issues though.

Biggest complaint is noise from room above, every step they took reverbed , you could tell when they rolled suitcases across the floor - this despite having two different travelers above us. The bathroom door was filthy with black hand prints. The window doesn’t close all the way and required a stick to secure it.

Contrary to many other reviews, we found our stay to be acceptable and exactly what I expected when I booked. I think the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. Our room had been updated and it was tasteful and clean.

It was ok for our stay a bit overpriced but there was a boat festival I guess going on. We asked to be located on the corner and they placed us next to the utility room which in the morning was very loud with the cleaning carts going back and forth. The first morning of our stay, we had no hot water. They were working on the pipes. I have no idea what happened. We woke up to a knock that water was going to be shut off. The bathroom was dim and the bathtub was less than appealing. The room smelled musty. I didn’t say he was terrible. It wasn’t one of the worst places we stayed at, but it wasn’t the best either they don’t provide room service daily housekeeping unless you are there for more than five days they don’t provide extra towels unless you ask them they don’t have no board, no so that wasn’t provided. The curtains had burn marks from maybe the dryer. They could have tried to get better ones or thrown these away, several of the rooms had curtains like this!

The person checking me in did not smile, was not friendly. At first she told me they didn’t have a reservation for me.
The room furniture was beat up and the door to and the walls in the bathroom were dirty.
The location is convenient.

Terrible experience. unfriendly staff
There was no hot water for shower. Reception guys told maintenance people will come in 15 mins but they never showed up. With an year old kid, it was a bad experience

The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The inside of the bathroom door was quite battered. The outside stairs needed a good cleaning and the garbage was piled up around the can.

Solid, no frills motel stay. We stayed here after a few rainy tent camping days and it had everything we needed - shower, heating, and a real bed!

Traveling with two dogs…so five stars for being dog friendly! Little field to let the dogs stretch. Very clean. They were clearly doing some updating and working hard to update and their efforts are starting to pay off! Would stay again!

First time at this property. Clean and comfy and the price was not outrageous for high summer demand. A couple things were off: no hangers for work clothes, no shelf in shower for soap and shampoo. Coffee maker did not work in room. I was busy trying to work online and there was no phone in the room to ask for help. But, the room was comfortable and the AC was great! I'll try this place again soon.

I like kitchenette suite a lot as we had two rooms and could cook. The only thing is that property still need to work on some of designs and finishes. Some things are updated however it doesn't much rest. Other than that great stay!!!

We reserved a room and then noticed that the date was wrong and 2 weeks after when we needed it. I tried to cancel it within 5 minutes of when I originally booked it and I they refused to let me cancel and when I tried to reschedule they just added the cost of the original night to the new night.

Great location, clove to blackball ferry and Olympic National Park. Standard old school room design that needed some maintenance, overall, ok for the price.

Overall was a decent place. Nothing spectacular but it was clean, had a decent pool and out of all the places we stayed during our travels it was most definitely the safest place out of them all.

We had a great stay. Great staff. Our refrigerator was sooo cold it froze everything and changing the thermostat didn’t help. But everything else was great

It was okay. Pricey . No phones in room and no complimentary breakfast. Staff not very welcoming at checkin or checkout.

One night stay. Pricey for the area, but choices are limited. Room was nice. Had a stove and cook ware if you wanted to save $ eating out, or had kids. Our room was on 2nd floor, corner. Right next to stairs. Was noisy with people walking up and down.

This hotel is affordable. If you need a night's rest while exploring Port Angeles and the area, and if you dont want to spend too much- then this is the place. I felt safe in the area and in the room, and the parking lot.
The refrigerator hummed all night but didn't keep me up, it was tolerable.
Room is spacious, sheets are clean.
The building layout is quite inconvenient if you are assigned to the rooms farther from the front desk- it is L- shaped but the front desk is located on one end not at the middle, good thing there is an elevator.

Nice big room, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was basic but decent (cereal, instant oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bagels, juice, coffee/tea/hot chocolate). Our family of 4 would stay here again.

Room face to the busy street. Loud noise, wondering these rooms should notify the customer when we book, and should be lees priced.

Rooms were dingy, weird smell, lots of marks on the walls, the bathroom door was nearly destroyed. The wifi barely worked, it kept cutting out. It was okay close to the office but not the further away you get. And it's SO LOUD. I could hear people walking around above me, the ceiling creaked. For me, that started at 7 am. I will try very hard not to stay here again.

The room was functional, but the bathroom had a fair amount of water damage. Didn't interact with staff other than checking in and the interaction was a bit awkward because the person checking us in didn't really talk.

Yikes. Ive stayed a ton of places across the USA, this was one of the worst. Place reminded me of a dilapidated "projects" type complex where the owners pinch to every penny. Asked for a quiet room on highest floor possible 3 months in advance. They never responded to the request. Instead i was gifted a 1st floor room, next to the dumpster/road and a nieghbor with a barking dog, which, in itself told me the 1st floor rooms are for pet owners. We did not have pets. All the rooms were "pre-determined" upon arrival. Bed was a C-. Room smelled funky. Lots of strange vehicles lingering in the parking lot. The room AC worked great. My vehicle did not get broken into. I would sleep on my vehicle before staying here again.

The property is shoestringed together. There are cables all over the place.
Inside, the rooms are very clean... but our room had no place to hang the 8 towels they gave us. Strange.
Outside.... they need to pay more attention. There were garbage bags stacked in the hallway, garbage in the elevator, etc. Sigh

The lobby closes at 11pm sharp. We arrived at 11:02 pm and were forced to get our room keys from a lockbox. There is no night person on staff overnight.

We stayed here for a 9U baseball tournament with 8 other of his team mates. it was a great time for the kids playing in the pool and hanging out with the other parents. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. I really liked it. The only thing that would have made it better is if the hot tub was useable.
