This property is very nice. I really like the breakfast buffet although it is a little pricey.

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was excellent, but I was surprised by the lack of options to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the room after our late (midnight) arrival from the airport. There isn't even a single hot drink machine on the floor or reception! Room service only until midnight.

We loved the wellness centre, it was very simple but a sauna and plunge in the pool is a great way to start the day. It's nice to have the place to yourself when booked. The buffet was delicious, a lot of options...the only thing was the TV and phone did not work, but minor inconvenience

the staff was great and the hotel was very clean. house keeping made sure the sheets were cleaned and toiletries were always restocked. however, nearby buildings have a bit of unappealing graffiti, to no fault of the hotel or it's staff.

Good for long simple stay. Minibar, restaurant, wellness available so if you have to stay in your room for work it will be ok. Room wi-fi was so weak in my room. Bath tub was good.

The hotel says it has hairdressers shops etc, but most of them a shut down! The spa is not the best with a sauna and a small spa pool which is neither a plunge pool or jacuzzi due to water temperature. It’s also chargeable at €9 per person per hour. This is not on their website, I would avoid as it’s nothing great or worth it. The biggest turn off for me was noise. They had some kind of young peoples function going on in the hotel several times during the week I stayed. People shouting, congregating and leaving from 1am til 4/4:30am. Then they had the elevator shaft being worked on from 7:45am for two hours, two mornings in a row! Why at that time of the morning is appalling! I had to use my mobile to call reception as my phone in the room didn’t work and after reporting never got fixed. They did offer me extra hours in the room for the noise as my flight was in the late evening. The food although for Czech Republic was expensive at the hotel, was very delicious and staff attentive.

Price of breakfast is strangely high in my opinion. Everything else was nice.

Basic hotel. Only negative thing was that it was hard to shower, because of the lack of showercurtain. The whole toilet was wet after that. Otherwise, no complaints.

Had a bad start to my stay when it took over 30 minutes just to find a parking spot to check in... I'm not sure if there was just a large event on that was taking up all the parking in the area, but very frustrating experience - especially when the reason why I picked this hotel was for the "Free Parking Available". Later learned that the hotel underground lot was available for 12 euros per night. Area around the hotel didn't feel all that safe to me - lots of people hanging around and area has clearly fallen into disrepair over the years with lots of buildings with smashed windows and closed stores (for many years). Inside the hotel - walls were thin and the floor they put me on had wall painting going on during the day. Walls were thin and you could hear most of what was going on. Would not recommend and will definitely not be returning.

We visited Brno for bussiness purpose and generally the hotel was good. Only the bath tub was problem since it doesn't have any curtain or a cabin all the bathroom floor gets wet when you shower.

Location is great, breakfast excellent, ugly room furniture very old, rear sofas decorated wood signs of humidity, 4 feet tall awful shower!!! I'm 6 ft tall.

Its an older hotel adjacent to a number of stadiums/training centers. It's convenent for trams and buses. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby, but the hotel has its own.

We stayed one night. The bed was kind of stiff. The room was drab and dated. The shower and bathroom were old and need to be upgraded. But, nothing wrong with property.

Maybe it was a bad luck but the bathtub fixture was broken so the water was coming out from the spout and head at the same time. The card reader behind the door was faulty and turned the power off for the whole room even when the card was inserted, creating couple of uncomfortable situations. Last but not least, there were no easily accessible power outlets near the desk and the only trash can was in the bathroom. All together, not a 4* experience.

It doesn't seem to be a 4 star hotel, 30 years old and you can feel all of them. Easy to park nearby, although the nearby old stadium doesn't seem to be the safest place. Parking in front of the hotel was not a problem. Our room was clean but needed to be renewed.

It is far from being a 4* hotel, the interior of the room is old and needs to be refurbished. There is not even a shower curtain. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room is much too small.

Very nice location nearby mall and commercial streets. However, should know that there is no coffee or tea in the room and the Wi-Fi signal is bad. Staff is fantastic and very professional.

Did not feel very comfortable, room was cold. I have been told that due to winter season ending, i am not able to turn the heating on. Cannot imagine traveling here with my kids.

Had a horrible experience here. The room was stuffy and hot and if you turned the air conditioning on there would be an incessant beeping sound from the walls that made it impossible to sleep. The shower in the bathroom was awful and the staff was unfriendly. Location wise it isn’t great. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid.

Hotel was in a great location for what we needed. Clean, convenient and relatively spacious room. Would stay again if we found ourselves in the area.

for being a highly rated business hotel, the building seemed quite worn down behind the glitz. our room had only one electrical outlet; we unplugged the tv to use it. the bathroom did not have a showerhead, just a hand spout, and no curtain. the bathtub drain did not open without some prying. the breakfast was the most impressive part of our stay
