Friendly staff. I loved the breakfast and airport shuttle! I stayed at the beginning and end of a business trip. Few places to eat within a 1-2 minute walk. Was convenient

We enjoyed our stay, and it was a lovely surprise to have a kitchen with plates and cutlery and everything we needed for dinner-in.
The coffee at breakfast was not very good, and powdered eggs and instant oatmeal was disappointing.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was perfect.

Loved it. The hotel was great and central to my trip between Arlington, Dallas, and Grapevine.
The electric charger on the property wasn’t working but there’s a Tesla supercharger close.
Would absolutely stay there again.

Convenient to the airport, property is updated and clean. Staff are friendly. Walls are a little thin, so hallway noise/floor noise is easily heard if you’re a light sleeper. Rooms are otherwise spacious and comfortable.

The rooms and furniture are filthy and stained. I say roomS plural because the first room I was given had no AC. Also, the elevator was janky and felt unsafe. The inspection card said it hasn’t been inspected since 2021.

I stayed for 3 nights the first 2 nights were good Except for the bed was very uncomfortable but after mentioning it to the clerk she immediately changed our room the second one was much better and we slept well.

room we got is not clean, dust everywhere including floor, carpet and table etc.. there are stains on the bed sheet under the pillows, oder is not pleasant too.. I'm definitely not staying here again

It was all great except for the pillows on my bed were flat. I had to sleep with 3 pillows and they were not comfortable.

It was clean, safe, attractive, and I was treated well, even though I was arriving near midnight, because American canceled my flight after having delayed it several hours. I was very thankful that they were available! If such a situation ever arises again, they will be on my speed dial!

It was right off the highway, clean, nice staff, plenty of room and quiet. It was only for an over night stay to drop a family member off at the airport but I definitely would choose to stay again.

The Hotel was amazing the staff was amazing. The shuttle driver greeted me while on his way out and he didn't have to. Doesn't seem like much, but i believe it goes along way to make someone feel welcomed. My wife use to be a supervisor for hotel housekeeping, and she said the room was cleaned very well. The only negative was cosmetics of the room (chipped bathroom door, cracked shower tile), but i think that just comes with the territory of a hotel. So no complaints, loved it and will be the first hotel i look at when needing one in the area.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and very professional. They were awesome! The property is a bit older but has had some updating, especially the lobby area. The complimentary breakfast was quite good. There are many choices for restaurants around the hotel and I felt safe staying here.

Just a quick one night stay before flying out. Very comfortable rooms - very spacious and perfect for families. Breakfast better than average. Staff was good not great when checking in but overall very good. Used the shuttle to airport and it was very efficient
