Loved the property! Lots of restaurants and attractions around and the metro is beside the hotel.

Better for long term stays, amenities good.

I thought the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was a spacious and having a kitchenette excellent. Having a guest laundry was fantastic. The room needs a facelift, better lighting and a better tv. The beds need to be replaced. The location is very convenient in the centre of town. While I recognise this is outside the hotels control, I note there are a number of homeless people that loiter outside the hotel, making one feel unsafe.

The entire area around the hotel is overrun by homeless. You cant take 2 steps outside the front door without being approached by beggars. People sleeping on the street right outside the hotel and the food store. There is a nice bench literally outside of the hotel door, which has turned into a hang out place for the homeless. It's the same group of 7-10 people daily. Can't even go enjoy the walkways without them getting into our personal space. There are rats strolling around, rummaging the left over food tossed on the streets. As for geo location, it's convenient, and it's in the center. The rooms are clean but lack the smallest of details. For example. We had 2 rooms. 1 room had thick pillows, one didn't. One room had a working towel drier, one didnt. One room had 2 toilet paper rolls, one didn't. The beds in both rooms are hard as a rock, the sheets too small to cover us above the shoulder. The AC barely works. There is no other service included (i.e. No coffee included. Luckily I brought our own). The laundry machines suck up money but the clothes barely dry, and the instructions on the walls were completely wrong. The staff is friendly, and the entry area is inviting. All in all, I probably will not stay here ever again.

Place was clean, had closets with shelves for clothes and kitchenette was had everything needed. Centrally located right on major shopping/eating pedestrian area and only few minute walk to old town center Neighborhood felt safe, but being central in big city had normal things like noise and a few homeless people camping out. Only negatives were comfort- bed old (sinks in middle) and uncomfortable; only one plastic chair and a folding wood chair in the closet, so uncomfortable to sit and try to eat at pull out table

No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card.

Walkable, lots to see

Friendly staff, everything went smoothly so I can recommend this if you aren't looking for anything extravagant. I wish there was more fresh stuff on the breakfast, there was no veggies.

It was very close yo the Grand Place and lots of walkable attractions! Loved it here!

Great room but bed was too high to get in

Overall regular experience. Great localization. When I arrived the room was clean. On the down side not only there is no daily cleaning of the room (if your stay is less than 8 days), but also the room had some cracks and stains on the walls, showing lack of maintenance. Found it a little bit expensive for the condition of the establishment.

Really good stay. Only thing that’s needs improvement is the towels. They were grey and hard and not pleasant to use. Did have them changed and the second set were not any better. Other than that great stay and would use again

I have only great things to say about this hotel: location, room/appartment space, friendly staff, nicely decorated room, and everything that you need in the kitchen. Highly recommended!

The studio guest room was nice and large and contained evergthing I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helped with my requests. Unfortunately there are building works going on in the building opposite the hotel so I was often woken early by banging and loud noises. I was also surprised to find that the gym was not a gym at all but actually just a room containing a rowing machine, stepper and water machine. Very disappointed as this was one facility I required for my stay and was left with no means to exercise.

Great place to stay a few days. Grand Place and all the tourist places are within walk distance, and subway is just at the door. I would stay on it again for sure.

We had a lovely stay in the studio room. The staff were really helpful and let us drop off our bags before check-in and after we had checked out. Location is very central but the room was nice a quiet. Would definitely stay again

The apartment gave us everything we needed, it was in a nice walking are. The few things that i didn't like were out of their control like noise outside the hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights. Always up by 7am not by choice. Major construction / demolition of a huge building infront of the hotel. Jackhammer noise from 7am until about 3-4pm everyday. It’s okey if you have day tours , the jackhammer noise is your sure alarm clock . There’s really nothing the hotel can do but to move you farthest from the construction . Other than that the hotel is outstanding .

My husband and I stayed here for seven days to visit Belgium. Check in was easy once we paid our entire bill before we saw the room. The location is perfect. The shops and restaurants are all around. Grand Place is a five minute walk. The Christmas markets were right next door. Even with the crowds of the Christmas markets, I never felt unsafe. The room was adequate with plenty of storage for our luggage and our clothes. The tub is extremely deep and my husband, who is older, had a difficult time getting in and out. There were two major problems. The first is that next door creates a constant noise issue from 7 a.m with an industrial jack hammer. This is no fault of the hotels. The problem is that we were awakened each day at 7 am with the sound of the construction. The second problem is that there is no maid service until day eight. We are used to an every other day service in the other hotels. I was told that if I needed service and who doesn't after a few days, that it would cost appox. 30 euros. I was also told that I could request new towels and IF THEY HAD THEM, they would exchange them for me. The best parts of our stay were, a.. the location, the staff was very friendly, the use of a laundry on site, the amenities in the room including the dishwasher and kitchen equipment and very strong WiFi. The negative aspects are a. an uncomfortable bed, foam-like pillows, lack of maid service, construction noise and broken equipment in the room.

Coffee, tea n sugar only supplied for first night… otherwise our stay was very enjoyable

The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. Location was very central to all amenities. Room was spacious, big, convenient, clean. I am SO happy we have discovered this brand of hotel. Will be looking for it in other European cities!!!

Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful thoughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. A very pleasant, positive atmosphere. About a 15 minute walk from the central station or 2 minutes on the underground, which is next door to the hotel. Situated in quite a lively area, but didn’t hear too much noise from in the hotel room. Within easy walking distance to all the central attractions. Ideal hotel for a city break. Loved the mini kitchen in the room.

We had a pleasant stay in there. Everything good.
