If I could rate this -100 stars I would. It was unbelievably dirty and infested with cockroaches. Their was no one available to assist us past 9 pm and they refused to help the next morning after we left them know they had cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE! The health department needs to step in.

Third floor was full of trash and had not been vacuumed nor steamed in quite some time. Literally personal items and trash throughout the entire floor.

This hotel was not only scary, loud and badly damaged. But it was also disgusting. Black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, the floors were so nasty I had to wear shoes in my room. Stains on the head boards, and dust and hair everywhere. Not to mention the scary people staring you down and asking your personal questions and being creepy. Won’t be back to this hotel or any extended stay America hotel ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I also have pics if your interested.

Arrived at midnight and did what it said in the email if the reception and is the phone there to call and someone will come down. The telephone they on the wall didn’t work so we had to us our phone to call for someone to come down. The carpets walking to our room were dirty and there was a horrible smell, got to our room once opened the door the was a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, we had a telly but no controls we went down to reception and asked for some to be told the manager had gone and to come down between 9-5. When getting into bed there was hair already in the clean bedding

Roaches, clogged sink, leaking toilet, questionable elevator and Weed smell throughout the hall,

Showed up with a reservation but no room available at 11pm. Waited until past midnight and they called and said someone canceled so a room became available. Gave me keys that never worked and changed them twice and still didn't work. We had to go to the front desk to get let into my room every time. Hotel smelled so bad generally, A/C on the wall smelled liked mildew. Bed was so uncomfortable. The faucet in the kitchen area was taped up and when you turned it on water shot out everywhere from the broken faucet. Definitely avoid this hotel. It's Orlando. Many other better options.

My bed was dirty and stained there was drug passing around in front and hallways smelled of dog and cigarette even the office area was nasty I left my room also I went to office and nobody on duty at 6am horrible I never left a bad review for anyone but this was ugly and bad

Cockroach ridden; LOUSY, DEPLORABLE

Cigarette smell in all their rooms, they have no towels or toilet paper. The bed sheets were not changed. In the bathroom they don't even check the room between one client and another. The photographs are edited because they do not correspond to the reality of the state in which they are actually found.

There were no clean towels available, shower curtain or any amenities. I was told the towels weren't dry and had to dry off with a pillow case. The place smelled disgusting.

Horrible service, dirty all over the place, stain sheets, hairs on the bed. No towels, bad smell. I will not recomend this place.

As always a great experience

Staff was very friendly & courteous. Room was very clean. One of the better hotels in the area. Worth paying a little more

Cheap, what needed but seedy

Literally sleeping i my rental right now because they are not there to check in it’s been 30 minutes

Seems like a transient hotel. The room was disgusting with bodily fluid on the bathroom walls and bedsheets. Roaches in the electrical outlet and the fridge was covered in stains.

The towels in the room all looked used and there was a big bag of garbage sitting by the tv. In the refrigerator was raw chicken sitting on a plate. Not a pleasant experience.

Outside of the building looks nice, go inside & it's a whole different story! It smells, there's blood in the dirty elevator, the halls downstairs are hot and reek of cigarettes, weed & bleach. The room was clean to the first impression, then we noticed blood in the bathroom by light switch, the a/c was blowing very cold when we arrived but if you put it up 2 degrees it gets very warm. The bed is hard, the bed frame is metal and it squeaks and moves very easily. The guests there seem to be "residents" the people above us tromping back and forth on the tile floor at 6 AM made it so we couldn't sleep in after a late night concert we attended. We should have just drove home (an hour away) we tried to avoid by staying here.

Nasty!! Cockroaches to hairs in the sheets to some musty mold smell. All the caulking is old. Nothing feels clean. Broken furniture and cabinetry. Filters in wall heat pumps never changed, wiped so it looked like mud smeared. I left. Couldn't stay even though finding all that crap was like watching a horrific car crash. Couldnt take my eyes off it. I didn't find any sign of bed bugs thank goodness! I'll NEVER stay at a Reserve America again. Corporate profits before any kind of pride. Annual maintenance saves money. Place was disgusting. I have photos and video but at the moment it is not allowing me to upload them.

During the night we arrived around 4:00 am with a reservation that was already paid and walked into the front office that was closed. There was a sign to call an extension for after hours check in. We called the extension on the phone and a lady answered. She had advised us that we should’ve been there earlier to be able to check in and that we were too late for our reservation and that they don’t do after hours check in. I told her that we already paid and had a reservation and it was 4:00 am in the morning that we had nowhere to go and if there was a way she can please let us in because we had a paid reservation made already. She advised us no and said she could not that they were closed and no check ins were allowed at that time. I told her we would be sleeping in the car and we need a room and I don’t understand because we already had a paid reservation. She continued to say there was nothing she could do and that they don’t do after hours check in even if you have a reservation. She was very rude, unprofessional and not nice to us at all. She would not let us in for our reservation and we ended up sleeping in the car overnight because it was 4:00 am and nowhere was really open to get a room. This is so uncalled for we were visiting Florida because my mom is dying and the absolute worst time in my life to turn us away. Contacted manager the next morning and was told that she should have not done that and let us in because we had a reservation. Will be taking legal action

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. the first time I came, there was no deposit needed, which was in January 2024 and there was roaches and the room smelled like cigarettes, and had a bunch of burnt marks on the sheets. it wasn’t as bad as my second time around my second time around which is now My last was February 2024 now all of a sudden I needed deposit of $100 which is more than what the room cost. roaches crawling on the bed, there was blood spots all over the bedsheets, and I woke up at 9 o’clock in the morning to someone opening my door by far worse experience in a hotel ever!!!!!

We we went to the hotel after drove 5 hours, the hotel was closed... nobody was in the property, nobody responded the phone.. we had to find another hotel at 11:30 PM.. We very unexpected..

let me start with the odor in the room which was so strong that my clothes all smell like it still since Saturday. There were no towels or shower curtain and they dont bring it to your room, you have to go downstair to get it which I didnt. Do not recommend it.

The worst Stay, I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. I would pay money for these people to tear down this hotel. I’ve never been in a hotel that literally had a roaches crawl on the bed, in the daytime it was the nastiest most disgusting place ever. I have never seen a hotel more nasty I ended up staying in my car!! Never will I stay here again!!
