Place over all was not what was described, there was a lot of maintenance that needed to be done from the AC unit to the kitchen and the bathroom that needed to be fixed. My toddler loved the game in the living room and bed was comfortable.

Half the house was warm the other half cold very poorly stocked with supplies 1 and half roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week shower backs up with water tiny bathroom if you stay here plan to bye basic supplies

Let me be clear from the beginning we did not stay once we saw the condition of this house. Unfortunately, we had to drive all the way back home the same night because it was uninhabitable. After multiple phone calls to the host he finally reluctantly answered the phone. He stated to me that had been over a month since he had stepped foot on the property. I told him about the condition of the property, including the fact that the latch on the gate would not close. He responded that he knew that because he had made an “adjustment” so that it would not lock so that the landscaper could enter the gate. The house reeked of a horrific smell! In the short period of time that we were there The temperature of the house never reached below 82°. The seating area had no air conditioning vents because it was an add-on. The house is in a very sketchy neighborhood. The coverings and the sheets were dirty. The bathrooms looked and smelled filthy. The TVs were hanging from the wall on a slant. They asked us to unplug the modem that was located behind the futon and upon unplugging we realize that the receptacle did not have a plate on. It was cracked and broken and wires exposed. This was definitely a safety issue. I reached out to the host , and he wasn’t unwilling to refund our money even though he knew we were not going to stay. I submitted proof that we returned home the same evening, I sent pictures in of the condition of the home and the receptacle, and we have not received a refund!

I was kinda disappointed in this property, but it wasn't all bad. The neighborhood isn't great, but also, not terrible. Positives: Fenced backyard, which provided some privacy Ski ball machine was working and provided some entertainment 3 bedrooms Kitchen was nice They had a bottle opener Smart TVs in most rooms Screened in back patio was nice to have Negatives: Hot tub was not clean - very foamy, dirt line around water level. Water wasn't clear. Coffee pot and filters, but no coffee Bathroom is very small - the sink is tiny and faucet makes water splash everywhere. No iron Large bee nest on backside of house near master bedroom window Check in info sent pretty late - said photos were attached but none were No TV in master bedroom Label on ice maker on refrigerator said do not use Basketball machine on patio didn't work/no instructions Overall, it was fine for a 2 night quick trip. Not a place I would book again or want to stay longer than 2 nights. I would recommend for people just looking for a place to stay with nothing fancy.
