A SURPRISE NIGHT AWAY was perfect. Kuds loved the mini suite, the pull out bed was really uncomfortable but staff broughtvextra pilliws towels quick as a flash. Hitel desk awesome in customer service. Besutiful lobby. Very pleased

Very disappointed. I arrived at 2:20 and when I went to check in, the front desk employee, Donnell, told me there was a $25 early check-in fee if we arrive before 3 PM. I was very surprised about this as I received a text message at 10 AM in the morning that said my room was ready and did not stay that extra charges may apply.
I also paid extra for breakfast and they did not give me my vouchers until I went down to ask the next morning. Finally, when I checked out, they assumed I parked on the premises and did not even ask if I was parking there. They went ahead and charged me $15 a night without my consent to park my vehicle on their premises. I actually parked across the street but nobody even asked if I was planning on parking on site.

Stay was great. One complaint, even though the 3 rooms I booked were available early, they charged me $20 extra for each room to check in early. The reason they gave was because I booked through hotels.com. Note, I paid the same price for the room that I would have paid by booking directly. Seems they penalized me for using hotels.com

It’s an expensive hotel once you include $15.00 parking in the parking lot; a parking garage not connected is free. One small water was $5.00, and an extra hour checkout was an additional $25.00.

Booked for the courtyard open fire-pit and garden area. Fire-pit broken. Courtyard had cigar/cigarette ashes all over the grounds. Cushions stained with ants crawling all over them. Area had trash on the ground. So shocked this was a Marriott hotel. Sad for such a newly build hotel. Staff friendly.

Within walking distance of a shopping center that has great food options, target, and great other shopping options. It was right next to credit union arena/Allen convention center. Hotel was very clean. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would

Was on a business trip. Overall great quality and service. Very pleased! I would make sure to ask about parking. We were advised there was free parking in the garage next door, where we parked, yet parking was added to our bill. Check out clerk caught and corrected it.
