There were lots of little flies in the bathroom. One night I killed 30+. It was quite ridiculous. I was very disappointed.

It was a great stay, great facilities and great environment, close to a good amount of places to eat late. We arrived at around midnight, there were still plenty of delicious Korean food around the restaurant street a few minutes away by walking. The facility is built with a shopping mall, during the day, you have all you need.

Nice shopping mall. Even though I was in room by elevator and the hotel appeared busy based on line to check in, it was very quiet. They have irons!

Gangnam and myeongdong was about 30-40 mins away. Basically a great place if you want to visit both places.

The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed! I love the shopping ability as well as the awesome eateries within proximity. Lastly, the staff was excellent!

Overall the hotel is convenient area and staffs are friendly.

Close to Times Square mall, easy for tourist for food and shopping

Only good thing I have to say about this property is the housekeeping staff. They were pleasant, friendly and extra helpful. Most of the valet were nice and helpful but there was 1 gentleman that told us to get a taxi across the street when the temperature was freezing and he clearly saw we had a baby in a stroller. Then pretended not to understand English because he didn’t want to help. He just kept repeating “what? What?!” So I switched over to korean and he basically said to go upstairs and request for one at the front desk. We won’t be staying here. First and last

My parents and brother absolutely loved their stay here! We ended up extending our stay at this hotel because of how awesome the location and hotel is. :) I strongly recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Seoul!

Near shopping

Location is great. The room is nice. This is the second time I stayed. The first time, the checkin staff was very nice and friendly except this time. A little cold and blunt and unfriendly. I came back to this hotel because I was impressed from last check in and my stay.

As a UK resident who heavily relies on the brand reputation of Marriott when selecting a hotel in Seoul, my recent stay at Marriott Seoul was a significant letdown. The hotel management's lack of attention to detail and customer care fell far below the usual standards I have come to expect from this renowned brand. When making the reservation through Expedia, I made it explicitly clear that our party consisted of five adults and one child (aged 14). However, upon arrival, we were allocated two rooms, each with only one king-size bed. This disregard for our specific requirements indicated that the management did not prioritize the satisfaction of their guests. It was disheartening to experience such a deviation from the brand's reputation. Fortunately, amidst the disappointment, Miss Bella Kim from the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional customer service. She promptly stepped in to help us and facilitated our relocation to other rooms. Eventually, we were able to swap to two rooms with twin beds, thanks to her assistance. However, after relocating to the new rooms, we were met with another disappointment. Room 702 had an unbearable sewage smell that permeated the entire space. It was truly disheartening that the cleaner responsible for preparing the room did not notice the awful odor before offering it to us. This oversight further added to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. I genuinely hope that the hotel management takes these issues seriously.

Thank you for good vacation. Front is placed at 5th floor. I love to go to coffee bean at 1st floor, and starbucks at B1 floor in same building ^_^. Staff kindly advises me for G25 store at opposite sided street for night hungry.

The location were the best 👌 I like to shop and shopping just walkable. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

In the center of Times Square making it covenient to shop either inside or outside of the building.

We stayed for one week, and during my stay there were quite a few unsatisfying events, After house keeping, the soap was not refilled, I got into the shower wet and no soap. Secondly I asked the hotel for help to order flowers for a proposal, they said they do not have such service, and they recommend me with a flower boutique which I don’t speak Korean,(well it’s not in their service) When I checked out and asked for a taxi to the airport, the valet staff ignored me for like 10min it’s, then he assisted someone else to the cab I ordered, after 15 minutes the concierge staff figured I am still at the hotel, communication between staff is bad But other that those, my stay was still pleasant. In room dining was delicious, concierge staff was friendly
