The location is on the beach so property has a good location and close to other restaurants and shopping. The room was clean but a little out of date. The pool was nice. We had to wait until after 3pm to check in and waited in the lounge area. The breakfast was horrible, everything was cold, dry or old, i.e. the salad was over a day old. The eggs were not made to order, and the rice was hard and cold. I f you get there after 9 am they do not provide fresh food.

Small quiet hotel overlooking a delightful beach. Good, friendly attentive service and food. Close to Friday, Saturday a d Sunday night market.

Bathtub is broken, staff cannot fix and did not provide a room change. Limited parking spaces, have to park in another parking space across the hotel with no security staff or cctv to ensure your car is safe. Brekfast also not worth the price. However, the staff is polite and nice In summary, this hotel is not worth your money. It should be 50 USD/night.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good bed and pillows. However, room maintenance, as in most places in Thailand, isn’t worthy of a 4.5 star hotel (the sitting in the private pool was falling appart, shower was worn out, etc.).As for the breakfast, most of it was cold (pancakes and French toasts looked good, but not on a stove).It’s also too bad that there is no shading at the main pool, way too hot to stay there in the afternoon.

Good Service, The Best Location, The Good Place in Hua Hin.

Great location with a pool. On the beach and also has a spa.

The Hotel staff were superb as we were there whilst covid 19 was on .They kept the hotel open in the end just for us. The standard of service and concern from the staff for us was beyond my expectation. Serving us a la carte food and organising food at night when everwhere around was closing down. A great thankyou to M all at the Rock.

The room was dirty and had bad smelling, Jacuzzi in room J2 looked never used to be cleaned and water in it smelled very bad, very loud noise from air-conditioner, The door couldnt lock properly and alarm always rang . But all staff was very good and helpful(Superb service). Nice location.

All staff are very friendly and supportive. Room is very big !!. But the door in the toilet (the door between the bathroom and balcony) has some minor problem (can't move) and the water from bathing is too slow to flow. Apart from this everyting is great! I will go there again for sure.

Towel and pillow case has some smelly. The room look nice and modern. Staffs have good service.

Nice hotell with a friendly staff. Clean and comfertable rooms. On a negative side the breakfast wasnt all that great, and the restaurant were inside. Worse is that the sun is blocked by a very large building so there is no sun at the sundeck between 12-15. The location is a bit from the city but close to two nice beaches and there is a free shuttle to the city aswell as very cheap taxi.

Nice touches of arrival experience, a GSA was great and so warm of her hospitality mind.

Pros: 1) with a small but closed to seaside pool 2) staffs with good manners Cons: 1) don’t expect to have a delicious breakfast here, and choice are not much

Great welcome! Lovely rooms with wonderful bedding and very nicely decorated. Some problems with the doors to the balcony. Very helpful staff. They clear the breakfast at 10.30 at the minute so make sure to have a enough time. Rip- off prices at the pool bar good prices in the mini bar. Over all a good stay. Perfect for relaxing. The garden is lovely so is the view from the pool.

You have spacious feeling with a warm and quiet environment. All facilities has got good maintenance

The hotel itself, it does not feel like it has been kept at all. There are gaps in the doors and we had ants, mosquitos and geckoes in our room. We actually went out and bought some bug spray to try and keep them all out. We tried to have a shower, however there was such poor shower pressure and hot water that I called down to the desk about it. They sent someone up rather quickly who took the shower head off and gave it a good clean, however it did not really fix the issue. It really needs a deep clean, you can tell things are wiped down but under that it is still dirty. We also had a few security issues and made sure we locked out suit cases every time we left the room. The staff were not friendly and ignored us on multiple occasions as they were too busy sitting on the floor behind the front desk using their phones. Over all i would not stay here again and would not recommend. I wish i spent my money elsewhere.

What i like about this hotel is that they are able to provide comfortable environment yet quiet place to stay. All the lobby staff were friendly and helpful to make my stay greater than expected. Only three floors with no elevator but that is not a problem. The swimming pool area were unfortunately under renovation so the view wasnt great but it was a beachside hotel so the beach is assessable just a few steps away from the poolside. I would definitely come back to this hotel again, everyone was so friendly and the place is clean and pretty. Great for those who are seeking insta-spot hotels
