I checked in the day of the Microsoft security breach. The hotel's reservation system was compromised and people were incredibly rude to the hotel staff, who obviously had no control over the company's computer system. Nevertheless, they responded with poise and kindness. I was deeply impressed by their professionalism. They were phenomenal.

Unfortunately our room was poorly maintained, kind of stinky, we found canisters of chewing tobacco under furniture, our bed sheets were stained. The hotel was outwardly very nice & the room could have been nice under different circumstances I guess

Beds and pillows sooooo uncomfortable. Room was clean but garbages had no liners, which in my opinion is asking for a disaster. I don’t like the option of self serve lotions and soaps that is definitely not sanitary

The staff was friendly, thank you! There was not anything impressive with the restaurant but the food tasted OK. The one thing that bothered us were the bed sheets. They had kind of an odd smell and the sheets were just strewn on the bed, very wrinkled as were the pillow cases. This was definitely disappointing for the cost of the room.

The place is vey nice. The staff was cordial, at most, both evening and morning desk attendants. They were accommodating, but not warm and welcoming. The shower spray didn’t work very well, but was hot.

Desk clerk was genuinely welcoming. Joshua was absolutely a ray of sunshine. This entire stay was great and I knew it would be just by the interaction we had with him.

I only stayed for one night as I am traveling across country for work, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and despite being on the first floor right next to the front desk it was also very quiet. I did have issues initially with my digital key being delivered, however, Josh at the front desk was lovely and able to alleviate my issues over the phone. He was polite, professional, and efficient, he deserves a raise despite the noise going on around him— he deserves a raise! I did peek in the fitness center as that is something I typically utilize when traveling, all of the machines looked in great shape, and there was even a Peloton or similar bike to be used. The area around the hotel also has several stores and a mall as well as many restaurants with several that are open late.

I had a fantastic time at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo, ND. We had our entire team in the conference room and it was amazing. Great Wi-Fi and technology. The lunch provided made our time together memorable. I would strongly recommend you staying here for both hotel and conference meeting spaces.

It was a very clean and quiet room but the bed…. It felt so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor. Ouch! And then we felt like they put queen sized bedding on a King size bed. It was awful.
