Our stay was quite good. Checkin and rooms were good. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so missed out on evening dining experience at the hotel. Nearby restaurants were very good though and only a short walk from the hotel.

The large pool and spa was an excellent feature of the property. Having it heated allowed use of the pool during the day and night. The room was clean and staff very friendly.

Quick 5 min drive to the main esplanade. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and always had one available. Buffet breaky was nice too. Reception staff are nice. Ordered room service for dinner from onsite restaurant (Smokey Joe's), we ordered a steak and chips, it was a bit pricey for what we got, the chips were thin fries that looked like ones that I would put in the oven at home, no salad garnish. We paid $44 per steak meal.

We have stayed at Ramada Hervey Bay before so wanted to go back. The hotel is close to the harbour and restaurants. The room was very nice by the pool. The only problem was that it smelled a little musty as if it was damp. The food at the restaurant was really nice and well priced. Staff were very friendly.

Clean and comfortable… Affordable and handy having room service from the restaurant downstairs. Has a good size pool however it was not hot enough during our stay to use it. The Boat Club is a must when you stay. Fantastic food and entertainment. Also has a cinema all within a 4 min walk from our room. Would definitely stay again 👍

Check-in/out was fine. Staff friendly.
Room was noisy. Room above us were jumping continuously on the floor and the sound came through the ceiling. Lasted from 4pm to after 11pm.
Breakfast was bad. $25 per person. All food in bay marine was cold. Waitress was grumpy. No fresh tea or coffee. Only instant.

The rooms are nice but the bathrooms need a bit of updating and TLC. The extractor fan wasnt working, there were ants all over the floor, the shower spray unit couldnt move up and down and the slide rail is lose on the wall.

Fantastic property and we loved our spacious apartment overlooking the pool. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Hired two e-bikes which were new and a great way to explore the esplanade. Would highly recommend an affordable place to stay. They even had overflow parking around the back which we used as our Land Cruiser was too high for the underground car park so if you had a boat or van there was parking too.

Very nice stay for one night. Bed was very comfy and room was quiet. The onsite resturant was delicious for snacks, dinner and buffet breakfast and drinks. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accomodating. Only complaint is bathroom needs a bit of an update or reno. Will be back to stay.

We stayed in a room that smelled like mould and sewage. The shower bath water combination was broken with water coming out of both. Tiles in the rooms were that slippery so not good with the pool.

Most things were absolutely spot on. The one and only thing we didn’t like was having to push a luggage trolly through past the restaurant to get to back rooms while people were eating and the live music was on. Felt like we were interrupting

Staff were lovely.
We found that it was very noisy with people yelling out and kids screaming until after 11pm.
I booked 2 rooms and they were on opposite sides which i thought was strange. You would have thought we would have 2 rooms next to each other !!
Also 1 of the rooms had ants on the bed !!
It looks lovely so maybe we were just very unlucky
