The hotel was under construction, it was a mess.

Took a while to check in but the guest in front of me had a major issue… Both the guest and the attendant on duty explained what the problem was so like a normal human and I gave them time to work it out. Some minor oversights on cleanliness in the room which were addressed immediately as soon as they were brought up and there was construction going on but nothing that prevented from us wanting to stay. No issues with the workers the woman that works there the young lady that checked us in… was exceptional. Awesome customer service and communication. The guy that work the desk at night was unnattentive… and I got the feeling that he did not want to be bothered. Overall it was a quiet stay modern room at the end of a dead end close to a gas station no food around but close enough to the casino downtown Montgomery and dog friendly … majority of the issues that I had were from other guests.I would stay there again

Check in was smooth. Front desk personnel were extremely polite. They are currently remodeling but was not an inconvenience. Room was very clean. Loved the pillows and bed was comfortable too. We slept through breakfast so unable to share information.

They were in the middle of construction but it seems to be a family business and they clearly don’t separate business from personal. I think the whole family stays on the 3rd floor and they are extremely noisy. They speak in their language very loudly all time of the night and morning, constantly opening and closing doors.

We were expecting clean towels and room clean during our stay but to our surprise it wasn’t done. When we inquired about it, we were told it was done every other day, we were able to get clean towels. We went out to get some decent breakfast, they only had waffles and small muffins. We did not know until we were checking in, we had to pay a deposit, $ 50.00 we did get it back when we checked out!!

The stay was good the hotel was clean the people at the front desk took care of us the only bad things was a lot of noise and doors being slammed at night and early morning this was not good while trying to rest

Front desk was extremely friendly. they are remodeling. did not here any banging no inconvenience. the only thing miss was closets other than thank it was great

The hotel was in the middle of remodeling so we did not get the handicap accessible room that was originally reserved. In light of that, the entire staff was very kind and attentive to make sure our stay was pleasant.

The breakfast was very limited and poorly stocked. I was troubled that they held a $50.00 credit card charge ( that was not charged ) "in case you smoked in the room or tear something up". Will not return. Hopefully they can improve and act as if they appreciate the business.

Hotel location was convenient, and everything was good except for a dirty/sticky carpet. Bathroom floor could also have been a little cleaner/sanitized. Any time we walked on floors barefoot and then stepped into the shower it was disgusting what came off of our feet. Carpet needs replacing or at least cleaning.

When I first arrived it looked deserted. It was a lot of construction going on. Then the person at the front desk was rude and on a personal call. He was not helpful and then refused to give me a receipt. Lastly they ran my card two hours before I got to the hotel. The worst experience and would never recommend

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the work began in the morning and stopped at 7:00 p.m. The breakfast was extremely limited and coffee urn was empty after the first 20 minutes and was not replenished.
