I cannot overstate enough how much air freshener they use. Our while family’s eyes were watering and I could barely breathe upon walking in. We asked about it & the front desk girl who was wearing a mask said it gave her a headache the first few days and they had “just” put new ones up 2 days prior. It was insanely overwhelming and carried into the rooms. The elevator looked as though it had not been vacuumed and the rooms were so dirty. They looked clean upon first glance but they also appeared unvacuumed and the corners of the bathroom were so gross. We turned the shower on and black stuff came up the drain. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We primarily booked this for the pool. It was like an abandoned place.. the lights were flickering and the pool looked so so dirty & was freezing. Wish I had looked into it more. Thankfully we left and got our money back but truly would warn anyone, especially with breathing problems, to avoid this place. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding. The whole place needs a deep clean and staff that cares when cleaning after other guests.

Continental breakfast needs some attention. Sausage and hash browns were not cooked enough. They were actually almost raw. Everything else in this establishment was very nice and we had a great time.

I was in a handicap accessible room and it met all my needs. I was very pleased.

I normally stay close to this hotel when I come to Montgomery but did not want to spend as much as I normally do so I booked this hotel for the first time. It was a very comfortable clean hotel in a great location. They have streaming on the TV so you have a lot of options of what to watch, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel room was very clean. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby and the interstate is very accessible. From now on I will book at this hotel instead of the one that I pay more for.

Where the tile met the vinyl plank flooring there was a gap and you could see pet food in the crack. Hotel room was old, had an unpleasant odor and not very clean. Almost positive the Dove body wash bottle filled with something else.

Quiet , safe, and convenient!!! However too much cleaning products was used on the entry way floor of my room, which made the floor very slippery. The night clerk was not familiar how to resolve this problem, which left me to clean it for my self. Other than this issue the stay was quite enjoyable!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Bed was very comfortable.
