Clean

Alot of the soft items were stained. Chairs, couches, etc. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was cold. Even the hot breakfast

This hotel's top floor, where there were rooms left, had been flooded, but the hotel was still using the rooms. The whole floor smelled moldy and there were box fans in the hall. The first room they sent me to was being worked on with equipment in room and not set up. The only other room available, also on that floor, was very smelly and damp. I decided not to stay there, and think it is not okay for a hotel with such extensive damage should be still using rooms needing drying and cleaning!

Checked in at around 10:30. Got to the room and it had the worst moldy damp smell. Went back down to ask for room change which they did. Was tired and didn’t realize until this morning that we slept in a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels on floor wet wash cloths in shower. Totally disgusted.

The stay was okay. We had to ask twice to get someone to bring us new towels and to take the dirty ones from the room. We asked on one day then at to ask again the next day before some finally did it.

This is our go to property when we are in Enid. Decent breakfast and close to everything in town! Friendly staff and clean rooms as well.

The lady conducting check in was very efficient and pleasant. The location is convenient to many restaurants.

The staff was very accommodating..rooms were quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable..we enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast at 9am when they said they served till 10am. I was kept awake all night listening to someone running across the floor and sounded like hammering on stuff. Rooms where clean but just “ok”

Rae at the front desk was super friendly and got me checked in quickly and made sure to inform me of all accommodations

Dirty room.

Very clean and updated. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. The eggs, potatoes, and sausages was a little cool.

Very clean hotel! Complimentary breakfast was just ok. Accommodation for large truck and trailer parking. Carrie at check in was absolutely fantastic!! Only downside was if you stay more than one night, you have to ask for the room to be made up and new towels.

available TV viewing seemed much limited, e.g. could not find msnbc, among others. Internet was slow and choppy. Required repeated loging and wanted extra charge for higher speed. house keeping required request for freshing up the bathroom, but even with a request they missed the room.

The room was noisy. Every time the a/c came on it sounded like the wall was going to come down and shook the room. The same thing happened when it would cycle off. Therefore there wasn't much resting or sleeping.

It was pleasant

Nice place to stay. Inly problem was a couple who was put in the next room. At 3a.m. they were slamming doors and woke us up. Maybe a good idea not to put lodgers next door to each other. Good location, plenty of clean towels and nice pool. I do recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here

It was very good! We got there an hour early and they let us in our room even when they were very busy! Great place! And the lovely cleaning ladies are just wonderful!

Room was probably not swept before we got there since there were several kids toys in the floor. 10pm lobby carpet cleaning was noisy, followed by music blasted on at 7 am in the outdoor drive up area outside our window. Those were annoying but the one thing that will make me reconsider returning here is the staff that greeted us (not) when we arrived for check in and the following night to ask a question about checkout. Ignored us as we stood at the desk until I finally said excuse me… then acted like we were a bother to need service.

The check in and out was stellar. Even without having the app loaded and ready at first. Great check in. Had difficulty with logging into free wifi with the app download barrier and authentication with passwords but got friendly help at the desk and they got me up and going. Really was hungry at 11:30p after traveling all day. I’ve got specific dietary needs and none of the snack options downstairs at the front desk offered some thing for my requirements. Everything was sugary candies or heavy in carb chips. Even the bag of nuts that was offered was filled with chunks of fruits and raisins all of which aren’t on my diet. Please try offering, salted and unsalted nuts without any additional fruits or berries in the packaging. Also, try not to add anything covered with honey glaze/roasted or chocolate and sugars as in chocolate chips. It was too late to order food for delivery and without any other drink options besides sugary, soda pops, or a water I had to go to bed with a bottle of water. At breakfast the next morning, I was able to enjoy the scrambled eggs and the sausage, but there was no bacon and instead had three stations with breads, such as biscuits, waffles and pancakes and toast with butter and jelly. Muffins and cereals were also offered, but again are full of sugars and grains. Would have enjoyed seeing onions, red peppers, and mushrooms to have added to my eggs. Would also have enjoyed fresh cheeses or an option to make a keto burrito.
