For the third time didn't get the room I booked. Was told that a booking doesn't guarantee the room is available. Which doesn't make sense to book a room if it not available. And was there 4 night and the sheets were never changed.

The check in staff was amazing. For so reason the room that I had booked was over booked. They worked hard to make it right.

Property was very clean, new towels, staff was very friendly and it was quiet. Bed was very comfortable!
The shower was hard to get turned on. Had to really pull up hard.

The staff was great very accommodating they really did go out of their way to help us with a few things. My 4-year-old wanted to get in the pool at like 9:00 in the morning and we were going to leave right after that they were nice enough to let us in. They also went out of their way to help us with several other things. The room was clean and they even let me check in a little bit early
I would have to be super picky to not like something about this place but if I had to pick something I'd say that maybe the rooms are a little bit dated.
So everything's a little bit older style but still very well taken care of.
