Breakfast options were unappetizing and the same every day. Coffee options were only bold and decaf, with nothing in between, and when I asked if that was the same every day I was directed to the Panera and Starbucks downstairs. Surely you can afford a 3rd coffee option. Parking was expensive.

Our bed was never made during our 4-day stay. No body lotion. Low on conditioner and bodywash, and nothing changed even after notifying thR front desk. It is not worth the rate the hotel charged.

Cool little area to hang out in. A few shops and restaurants. Hotel is nice and the room was large. Only issue was the ac unit was so loud it kept us up half the night

It was attached to a mall. You could use LA fitness gym for free as a hotel guest. It was close to Carnegie Mellon University. It is located in a small shopping center/mall.

Very nice hotel, whit enough space in the room for a family trip, the bathroom separately of the restroom is a very good idea, and the bed sofa is a Kangaroo bed

Located in a newish mixed use development the hotel is very clean and new. Pretty decent room but tv was in a weird location in the room. The room is more a divided room rather than a suite

tightly packed area.Overlooks city bus maintainance yard. Tight driving conditions entering parking lot and exiting. Be prepared if there are delivery trucks to the many shops directly exiting this hotel.

Lack of parking was an issue, front desk originally told us they couldn’t help with parking since we did not book direct with the hotel. Parking was $16 a night in the parking garage. The second night, a different employee told us there was discounted parking for hotel guests and significantly reduced the parking rate.

Everyone we encountered there was great. The young lady at the front desk(long dark hair) was super friendly and so cheerful. We will definitely stay there again. This was a recommendation from my neighbor that stayed there as well

The room was amazing! We loved having the shower and toilet separated. The breakfast was a little overrated- but luckily their was a Panera downstairs. We loved the in lobby lemon water and popcorn stand! I was disappointed I didn’t take advantage of the free gym next store at LA Fitness. We had some minor issues like a lightbulb was out and the sink was clogged that didn’t get fixed when we first reported it.

Everything was wonderful until I went to sleep in Room 217! Staff excellent, room in very nice condition, breakfast good - BUT Room 217 had the 2 hotel-wide AC units right outside of it.
The room vibrated & hummed all night long.
I will the hotel had informed me of possible noise due to the AC units
If you stay in this hotel just make sure you ask for a room other than 217.

The staff was super friendly. The facility was designed nicely and in okay shape. Your clientele due to the Fury convention was the real issue and it led to a really poor experience for me. I think the facility needs a good cleaning as well.
